Called Benjamin’s plumbing initially for a kitchen drain clog on a Wednesday morning. Benjamin answered the phone right away and was able to get me scheduled same day. He arrived on time and got to work right away. He explained what was necessary to fix the issue at hand and gave recommendations.
I appreciate his professionalism, work ethic, kindness and knowledge. He was very fair in pricing. (If anything, he probably under charged me on one of the projects due to the amount of time it took to complete the project- there were lots of unforeseen issues). He didn’t change his pricing even though the project took much longer than he planned.
Not only did we have the drain unclogged, we also had the garbage disposal replaced by Benjamin since it had a leak which would’ve been costly if not noticed.
The following day we hired Benjamin to replace the toilet in our primary bathroom since it’s old and the water runs constantly. Our home is an 80s older style with a vanity lip above the toilet. After plenty of research, he found the right fit and installed it for us.
I highly recommend Benjamin for all the plumbing issues in your home/office. He is a hard worker with a positive attitude!

Phil was our representative from PLYMWR Plumbing. He was excellent. He went the extra mile for us. He didn’t have to come and do our hot water heater install after some delays but chose to to make sure we had hot water with our recent snow storms. My toddler was even upset he didn’t get to see Mr. Phil at the install after meeting him during our diagnostic appointment. Professional, prompt, and extremely competent.

Our Home Owners Insurance uses this company out here in the Coachella Valley. Great experience. The plumber fixed the issue speedily and explained each part of the repair. Would recommend.

We had leaky faucets in 2 sinks in our master bathroom. I was happily surprised at how quickly I had an appointment to get them fixed. Our plumber Devin showed up on time and was friendly and professional. He fixed our leaks quickly and made sure everything was clean and in its place! Great job! Chris from Plymwr Plumbing came out to our home today for a service call place buy our insurance. He showed up checked what was wrong which was leaking garbage disposal. He came prepared and had a replacement in the truck. Which was great we didn’t have to wait for him to reach back out to the insurance company. If we have any other plumbing issues we will make sure to contact Plymwr plumbing and hope we get Chris.

My technician, Darin arrived on time and was very professional. He took care with property, and made sure everything was in order when he left. He explained what the problem was, and worked diligently on my 3 faucets. He was friendly. He did a fantastic job! Thank you Plymwr Plumbing for sending a great technician!!

Needed a water heater replacement. Called my home warranty and was assigned to this company who is 3.5 hours from where I live. They scheduled me for 5 days out and said they would come on Saturday Dec 9, between 12-4 pm. Worst part is I can’t call anyone because they don’t answer due to “office hours”! So the plumber Chris showed up at 6 pm. He did an efficient job and was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. If it weren’t for him I’d of written a far worse review. Thank you Chris for working hard and working overtime to get our water heater upgraded.

We needed to have our water heater replaced. We still didn't expect to pay the amount we did with the AHS we joined but everything was done quickly and professionally. He kept the area clean and answered questions my husband asked. Thank you so much for showing up.

Horrible! Worst customer service EVER! I requested a kitchen faucet to be replaced through my home warranty. I was assigned Plymwr Plumbing. It took more than a week for them to show up. The technician who came knocked on the door, then attempted to leave before we came to the door. We had to go chasing after him to come back. He was extremely rude, to the point that we considered asking him to leave because we were so uncomfortable with him being in the house. However, we'd waited a week to get the faucet fixed, so we let him continue. He "diagnosed" the problem - the faucet handle was broken and needed to be replaced.(Duh!) We already knew that - we had the replacement faucet. He said that he had to get an "authorization" from the home warranty policy to replace the faucet and left! The next day Plymwr Plumbing receptionist called to tell me that the faucet replacement was declined by my home warranty - but that they would replace it at a cost of $150. I had already paid my home warranty (American Home Shield) $100. I told them that considering the horrible treatment we'd already received, we weren't interested in paying them for anything. I called my home warranty program to get a refund. The person was very nice and gave me a full refund. They also made a note on my account to never let Plymwr Plumbing step foot in our house again! Good riddance to bad service!

Phil was awesome!
He arrived early, was very friendly and got straight to it. Within minutes Phil identified the problem and repaired it right away. Not only explaining what he was doing but also advising me on future routine maintenance that can save me money down the road. I am calling today to set up my maintenance for my tankless water heater.

Phill was amazing. Scheduling was quick and the service was more than we had hoped for. Phill was able to diagnose and fix the broken pipe in our wall. He communicated throughout the process so we knew the pros/cons and repairs. Will definitely use this company for all plumbing needs.

This plumbing company is outstanding. I absolutely recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Not only are they reasonably priced, but they have the most friendly and respectful employees. I had the pleasure of having Robert come out and fix a bunch of things that needed attention. He fixed leaks in both of my bathrooms, including replacing both toilets, and he also replaced my water heater. Not only did he do all of this in a timely manner, but he made sure everything was cleaned up and to my satisfaction.

We just had Daniel come out and replace our water heater through First American Home Warranty. He was great and very professional. He cleaned the worksite and installed the water heater while keeping the work clean and overall aesthetically pleasing. I am very happy with the work done today and highly recommend Daniel and the company. This is my second appointment. The first time, we had another gentleman come out to inspect and take photos in order to process and proceed with the claim. The first gentleman was very knowledgeable and very polite. What a great experience with this company and would definitely use them again in the future.
