The plumber ruined my valve using a DRILL! This of course made the cartridge leak. Of course since he ruined my valve they wanted to charge me more to "fix" it. Nice scam! But then he did also steal my part that I bought, so definitely some dishonesty going on. Got a Master Plumber in the next day and had to spend 10 times the amount of money to have him fix what this plumber ruined. DO NOT let these people near your plumbing.

Adding to my review after the reply from the company. Correct, the cartridge was broken off inside the valve. Their tech did not employ the proper technique or tools to remove the broken cartridge. He broke it out with a drill, instead of using heat and a cartridge puller, specifically made for this purpose. Had their tech known what he was doing he would not have gouged the valve, damaging it beyond repair. I know that the tech was aware of the damage he caused because he claimed in writing that there was "pitting" inside the valve. And recommended to now have to replace the valve. It is very clear that it is not pitting, but rather, deep gouges in lines, with thread marks, definitely made by a drill. Also, we witnessed the tech using a drill inside the valve.
And no, i did not find someone to repair it for less than their cost. It cost me ten times the amount that i was paying them to have their damage fixed. I paid $100 for their tech to ruin my valve. I paid a Master Plumber almost $1,000 to fix what their tech ruined. And I am still waiting to hear back about the part he stole from me.

Extremely unprofessional service—I would not recommend them! Overpriced ,grease was smeared all over my driveway and I need to call them back to clean it

Bobby was a lifesaver with our plumbing emergency late at night, he arrived quickly, was extremely professional, and handled the situation with confidence and skill. he explained everything clearly, fixed the problem fast, and double checked everything was safe before he left! If I could give this company a 0 stars I would. My pilot light from my water heater keeps going out. During the cold days I had to light it 3 times a day but recently since it hasn't been that cold, its been staying on but wanted my warranty company (First American) to send a plumber out to look at it. First the technician (Colin) did a virtual call with me which was fine due to the circumstances right now. He looked at it from my camera and advised I needed the copper wire from ignitor replaced. So the company called me to schedule the fix. The guy (Joey) came out and I honestly dont think he knew what he was doing. He looked frustrated and broke my burner assembly bracket. He tried to put the burner assembly back in place and then ask me if the pilot looks ok? Are you kidding me? He is the expert, not me! I cant believe a plumber asked a customer if something looks ok. After that, I told him nothing better happen to my garage or house. He said he didnt feel comfortable with it and just left everything how it was. I was livid and furious. This was on a Friday so I had no hot water for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and today is Tuesday. Not 1 single person from this company has called me back. I have left several messages, text to the owner and nothing. I cannot believe this company is still in business. I would never ever recommend this company. They break your parts and just leave it with no care at all. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and writing as many bad reviews I can. People save your money, your stress and DO NOT Contact this company. If your warranty company suggest them, ask for another plumbing company!!

This company does not deserve a star at all. The company came to my home on a Friday for leak outside my kitchen sink. The worker cut a hole in my stucco outside of my kitchen. He determined it was a drain leak. He cut out the damaged pipe and replaced it with another one. He said everything was good and I paid him for the service. Within hours of him leaving I noticed the leak had not been repaired. I began calling the company back but no answer. I contacted my Home Warranty Co. who sent them. They tried contacting the company but no answer. The next morning (Saturday) the leak was still going. I called the company (no answer) and i called the owner. The owner did not answer and i was not able to leave a message. On Sunday i called my Home Warranty again to contact the company. I also requested they have the owner contact me asap because i stopped payment on the check for their service . On Monday there was no contact from anyone so I contacted another company to repair the leak. The second company came asap and fixed Plymwr incomplete job. The second company ran a test and noticed there was a second leak in the water line next to the drain pipe. The second fixed that leak and ran several test to assure there were no more leaks. Once he was done I received an email(not a phone call) from Plymwr stating someone will be there between 3-7pm. I called them and told them the job was done and to have the owner contact me asap. This job started on 6/27/25 , the owner “Robert” did not contact me until 7/10/25. He preceded to tell me how wrong i was going to put a lien on my home and sue me. Robert is very unprofessional and does not hold himself or his workers accountable. He will probably do the same regarding this review. He will probably say i stopped payment, which i did. He job was in complete and i could not reach them. He say i did not give him a chance to come back to repair the job. I gave him 72 hours without a response. I had a hole in my wall from the outside that anything could crawl into and be inside my home. I had ongoing leak that could develop mole. So yes I contacted another company to do the job right. I will never do business with this company nor will I recommend them. I also called my home warranty company to remove them from their list.

Recently reviewed my previous Home Warranty plumber and gave them 1 star as they were very inadequate. Today I would like to do the exact opposite commend Plymwr as they were awesome. They were professional, on time and fixed my plumbing issue promptly. I will always request them for home warranty fixes but also am looking into using them for a new water filtration system. I highly recommend them.

This is a very bad company. My appointment with them was from 3 to 7 o'clock, so we had to wait at home. The staff came around 4:32, but he didn't bring any tools. He looked very unprofessional. He then told us that he had to go back to get the tools. It was already 5 o'clock at this time. We kept waiting for him at home and couldn't contact him. It was a waste of our time. It wasted three hours of our time. It was very rubbish. In the end, we paid for someone to fix it ourselves. What camera? We have a water leak in our house. Robert told me he was going home to get tools to test it, but he didn't respond and didn't schedule the next available time. It's leaking all over the floor today. We've already hired someone to fix it. Remember, your company didn't do anything. I tried to contact you but there was no response. I will file a complaint with the warranty company.

Chris was the service technician who visited me. Had a problem with my tankless water heater and he already knew what the issue was. He was quick and efficient and shared some knowledge with me regarding my care for the unit.AAAA++++

Stay as far away from Plymwr Plumbering as possible. I wish to give Plymwr Plumbing two big zeros; they are not honest or professional people. They improperly installed an AO Smith 100 Water heater in my home, and due to the improper installation, the water heater failed, causing water to pour out of the side. They never took accountability for their part in the poor installation and blamed the manufacturer. After a video call with the manufacturer, obtaining estimates from contractors, and further research, it's clear that Plymwr Plumbing made the error. I informed Plymwr Plumbing about the issue, sent pictures, and explained what was wrong with the water heater, as well as the need for a replacement. I was told they would send someone out the next day, and I would have to pay a $209 service charge. I said okay. I thought the person was coming to replace the water heater, but he only repeated to me what I had already told Hassan at Plymwr Plumbing on the phone the day before. However, they tried to charge me $209 for him to tell me the same thing I had already told them over the phone.

Additionally, they wanted to charge me $ 1,300 to install another water heater, plus $209 for the technician to confirm what I already knew. I refused to pay the $209 and stated that there is no way I'd pay them $1,300 to install a new water heater after they improperly installed the one I have now, which failed after only two years due to faulty installation.

The next day I spoke to Becky, the office manager, who was not professional or pleasant, and she told me, "I was wasting their time,"! Wow, I am wasting your time, and your poor workmanship is the reason we are having this conversation. She told me they'd have to send someone out to diagnose the water heater again and call the seller of the water heater to get a return authorization number, and I (the customer) could not do this myself, which was a lie. That one of their employees had to be here, and that would cost another $209. I asked her where they purchased the water heater so I could get my refund, and she refused to tell me.

So, I called AO Smith Water Heater Support, and they understood my position, and informed me that some unscrupulous plumbing companies treat customers the way I was being treated. I had a video call with an AO Smith representative, which revealed the installation error from a professional eye, and I obtained the return authorization myself. I then visited Lowe's, and the manager approved the return of the water heater and added my name to a list of contractors in their computer system to assist me with scheduling an installation. I informed Becky of this, and she became even more rude, stating that the owner insists that I pay $209, and they will complete the new installation for a minimum of $627, which is $209 per hour for three hours (from $1300 to $627 price jump). She then stated that she was surprised the owner gave me that price because "I was wasting their time" and should have been charged $209 x 2 for doing so. She told me at least three times that I was wasting their time, and during our conversation, she never left the phone to talk to the owner; therefore, the price change was her creation. So, she went from $1300 to $627 in a matter of minutes.

I said I'd think about it and got off the phone because I was tired of her rudeness. I tried calling the owner only to get his voicemail, which was full. I called back and spoke to Hasaan, requesting to speak with the owner. The owner was not available, so I left my name and number, and I never heard back from anyone and was left high and dry.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Plymwr Plumbing, and I can honestly say they exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I contacted them, their communication was prompt, professional, and friendly. They showed up right on time, explained everything clearly, and got straight to work.

The quality of their service was top-notch — fast, efficient, and done right the first time. What really stood out was their attention to detail and genuine care for doing a great job, not just a quick fix. They left the workspace clean and even followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly.

I made a claim through my home warranty company regarding a plumbing issue. The company first scheduled me for a window of 3 to 7 pm on a 12/24/25 (Christmas Eve). The day before the appointment I received an update changing the appointment to between 9 and 12 pm. On the day of the appointment I woke up to an to an alarm I’d Set for 8:30 am. I had a missed call from 8:13am. I immediately called the number back. On my third attempt to recall the number, a technician answered and informed me the appointment was set for 8 to 11am. I explained the company had made an error, but was informed that the appointment would now have to be rescheduled for the following week. I had to completely alter my Christmas Eve plans twice for this company. I was basically told that it was unfortunate that there had been a miscommunication. This is completely unacceptable and in my opinion this company is completely unreliable. I would reccomend using another company. The work is yet to be completed.

I would definitely recommend Plymwr Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They were honest and did a great job. My plumber's name was Phill, and he was amazing. He was thorouh, he explained what he was going to do and he was very professional, and personable as well. I highly recommend Phill and his company. I am very pleased with the work he did.

Amazing company to do business with! Came out next day to give a quote, he beat the previous plumbers quote, and he started the next day!!!! Our spare bathroom tub was rusted and ruined an after years broke down but needed fixed fast. They came the next day did demo, drywall and replaced the whole shower we were able to use it the same night! Only texture an touch ups left. They were professional and ON TIME!! which is so rare in our area. Looking forward to booking more upgrades and projects with them. Thank you guys so much!

I had a great experience with PLYMWR Plumbing! They were incredibly prompt, responded within minutes and even got me a same-day appointment, which was a huge relief. The technician arrived right on time and quickly removed my old garbage disposal and installed the new one without any issues.
He was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. I really appreciated how he cleaned up everything before he left. The entire job was fast, smooth, and stress-free.
I also learned the owner is a veteran, as am I which is something I really appreciate and respect. It's great to support a Veteran ran business.

Donell has completed several projects for us, and he has always done a wonderful job. He helped us once again with a new water heater and did a great job! He is professional, friendly, kind and thorough. Always glad to have Hiniker and Donell take care of our plumbing needs!

Came out gave us a horrible high price two and a half times more than the other plumbers. We had them leave.

We and other family members have used Hiniker plumbing several times. They have always responded in a very timely manner just like today. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices have been very reasonable. Highly recommend their expert service.

This morning Hiniker Plumbing technician Donell Griffin came to my house to install a Moen automatic water shutoff valve. He was a total professional. He was on time, neatly dressed, very polite, and knew exactly what needed to be done. I'm very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Hiniker Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Called them because I had a couple of leaky sprinkler valves. They came out a few hours later Donell did a great job and is very personable. Everything is perfect now! Highly recommend these guys.
