Employees were polite, knowledgeable and listened when I had concerns and questions.

Great experience with this team! What was suspected to be a slab leak was a bad garbage disposal leaking in an odd spot. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and had a new disposal in their truck. Work was honest and price was fair, will definitely use them for future needs.

One more update. Donell did a fantastic job and very impressive and polite. This job couldn't have been better. Thank you Gary and Donell. Job well done.

I have to admit, I was wrong on this one. The owner actually came over and apologized for any communication problem which I was partly the blame for. I am very particular who I do business with and I have to say, I'm very impressed how Gary presented himself and his sincerity to take care of his customers. Gary looks to be a "Highly Recommend" in my book. Thank you.

Well, I wish I could comment on Hiniker's service and pricing but I never got the chance to experience it. I called to have a shower valve replaced. I was told they would contact me the following week to come out and take a look. The week went by and nothing. Strike one. I contacted them again and I got a "Sorry can we do Tuesday". I responded "yes" and I asked what time and I got a 8:30. After rearranging my Tuesday morning, 8:30 came and went with no one showing up or contacting me. I even got the plumber's name that was suppose to show up. Strike two. I don't do strike three's. So much for the "The Last Honest Plumber" and "We are the plumbers that you can trust!" Guess I'll never know.

Today, the plumber from Hiniker Plumbing arrived right on schedule.
He looked at the leaky bathroom sink and told me exactly what I needed to do and then what he needed to do to fix the leak. I really appreciated his input. As soon as I do what I need to do, I will call to schedule the appointment to remedy the problem. I highly recommend Hiniker Plumbing.
Today the plumber came and installed a new faucet. Thank you for everything you did to fix the problem.

This plumbing company has always been amazing and helpful. I greatly appreciate their work, honestly and kindness.

Gary and Donell do meticulous work, do it quickly but carefully, and charge reasonably compared to many plumbers. They installed a 3-stage whole-house water filter, replaced existing pex piping with copper, and replaced our old water regulator, doing an excellent job on all. They are both very professional and friendly. I've asked them to do two different jobs so far, and I'm glad to have found them.

After my current plumber didn't respond for a week, I called Hiniker Plumbing, call was answered within 2 rings, appointment scheduled for the following morning. Our Service provider Donnell Griffin pulled up on time 20 minutes early in fact. Super professional, polite, and cleared a problematic drain before I could reach for my wallet. HP is now my 1st call and hopefully it's Donnell. I am extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism.

I share this with mixed feelings. The guys that came out were timely, professional, kind, and did good work. However several people in the plumbing profession have confirmed that the work was overpriced. I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel and needed valve replacements to shut water off to sink. They were available that day reg business hours non emergency but I paid double what other plumbers would have charged me.

Thank you so much for your technician coming out to our home. He was very friendly and polite. My husband and I have been sorting through information that will work best for us.

Woke up to a flooded garage. Called Hiniker Plumbing and they were here in about 45 minutes. Donnell was great. He explained everything clearly and did an awsome job.

As some of the previous posts indicated, there is a little bit of sticker shock involved with any plumbing work, but owner Gary Hiniker with Johnny and his team took the sting out of it by providing fast, efficient service and regular follow-ups and follow-throughs. Clean up was awesome, almost as if nobody had been there. I will use them again if needed and would recommend their service to anyone needing honest repair.

I had a leak and Johnny showed me how bad the pipe condition was which I knew from previous repairs. I decided to repipe before I had a disaster. One day to put in the new pipe and one day to repair the walls. The crews were on time, fast, and did great work. They did their best to clean (plastic everywhere) but it’s a messy job (dust) and required some cleaning after they were gone. That’s to be expected. They charged a fair price. For a scary process of repiping a whole house, they made it as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Hiniker’s.

This is the second time using Hiniker Plumbing and I have been extremely pleased with their service both times. I contacted them early morning after noticing water leaking into the garage. Gary come out and quickly assessed the situation and scheduled Johnny to repipe the damaged lines. Johnny showed up on time, ensured the surrounding area was protected with plastic, gave me updates throughout the project and made sure I was 100% satisfied upon completion. Not often do you find a tradesperson that is courteous, timely, and a conscientious worker that takes pride in their craft.
