Brandon came out to give us an estimate. He was very professional and helpful. Jay and his assistant came out the next day to install the water heater. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Their work was top notch. I would definitely tell family and friends about my experience and will definitely contact Hovey for future plumbing needs.

Hovey Plumbing did a great repair on my washer leak in the wall. Ivan the repair man was so nice and knowledgeable! He showed me what was wrong and was able to repair it within a couple hours!! Thank you Ivan and Hovey Plumbing!!

I called at 4:30pm on Tuesday, November 13th to report that our main water line ruptured and we needed help. Finally at 6:30 pm I received a phone call from Amy telling me they were unable to come help us....I will never even consider asking them for anything again!! I have NO water to my house and they took 2 hours to tell me they couldn't help???? Thank God we didn't have a geiser or something important!!!

Called Hovey plumbing for a leak in the bathroom wall pipes. Hovey came out and did a leak detection test and found where the leak was . They did a great job of fixing the pipe and replacing a manifold in the bathroom and re-routing the pipes. Very good work ethic and sales ethic. They did not try to sell me anything that I did not need.

Later, I discovered there was water con on the bottom baseboard that was replaced. Hovey came back out again, pressure tested the area and found there was just loose sink nozzle. They repaired it and everything has been good since. Great company to hire for your plumbing needs.

On time, went the extra mile to ensure the problem was resolved, highly recommend, price was extremely reasonable.

I detected something odd with my floor being very warm on my bare feet, and I called Hovey Plumbing. I had used them before (twice) with very positive experiences. Late in the evening after coming home from work, Eric walked me through a couple of things to do in the interim until he could arrive at my home. This is a second generation family business that prides itself in customer service and Eric and his son demonstrated that from the moment they arrived. The repairs involved cutting some walls and ceiling spaces to route some new pex piping. Everything was done with precision and tested thoroughly and not a speck of dust was left behind. Oh and they gave me some drywall contacts to wrap all of this up in just a few days. Eric believes in treating his customers as if it was his own home. Hovey is very important in our community and they support some major medical facilities so they are extremely busy but they find a way to schedule you in. When they get take care of your plumbing needs you will be 100% satisfied. Thanks Hovey Plumbing!!

Had worked done on my water heater temp value replaced. Thinking they needed to open the overflow value. (Wrong) Now my overflow is leaking water . They said they can't come back until 3 days. So I am still waiting 😨

This company is not prepared for the job, they show up late. They use the incorrect parts they are an all around poor plumbing company. They worry about who is licensed and who isn't when we should be checking his license after the poor quality work that was performed by his company.. I would not recommend this company anywhere

Dale is an absolute legend. We had a leaky shut off valve, and bidet - he fixed it in MINUTES! Dale was fast, decisive, and has a heart of Gold. Amazing service 12/10

My son wanted to put new plumbing all through his house .So he got Rossman plumbing to do the job. When they were done me and my husband went to look at the job . They don't patch any of the holes they made in the walls read the contract. He had to get someone else to patch all the holes through out the house. The water hose line in the front of the house is not even straight. All that money for a very sloppy job very dissatisfied feel bad for my son.

The work took about 10 minutes and cost quite a bit but I guess that’s plumbing. That being said I was happy with the work and was advised to try a different spigot which was much better and will last longer I appreciated that. Very nice and polite. Would use them again.

I had a gas leak at the valve of my gas fireplace, which they replaced. I also had a leak on the gas line to my new gas dryer and they repaired that as well. Did it quickly after the parts came in. Did a great job.
