These guys are basically straight shooters. I told them what repairs I needed for my rental property and they fixed each of the plumbing issues without trying to juice me for more money. Also, they are available 24 hours a day for my tenants.

I had a main line clog and they were at my house within 30 mintues and had it cleared quickly. Would definitely recommend to others, very friendly and knowledgeable technician.

This company performed a plumbing work on my condo unit on 04/13/2022. A simple job of unclogging the drain in my sink. The plumber had to run 75ft of snake from my sink pipe and through the HOA main pipe. The plumber was not able to take the snake down to the HOA main pipe and ended up entering straight forward to my neighbor's sink pipe (the unit in front of mine) and breaking his P trap, which caused his kitchen and part of his living room to fill with sewage. Besides that, the water that came out of the drain in my neighbor's unit ended leaking into the unit below him and damaging his ceiling with sewage. The company denied responsibility and did not repair any damage.

We couldn't actually get any work done because of the complexity of the issue but the faculty were super friendly. It was difficult to understand what the problem was, however, because the tech spoke in thick jargon.

The guy who came to my house was too outspoken and was already intruding on my privacy. He even looked at my shoes at the garage and commented on my car that was covered. Otherwise the quality of work went ok.
