The work to unclog my bathroom sink was good, but there was no cleanup afterwards. It looked as if a bucket of dirty water was emptied in the shower. I had to scrub away black silt type of deposits, and put everything back in the cabinet under the sink.

I called and spoke with Amber. Had a leak in my water heater. They were able to come out same day and get me all fixed up. Highly recommend.

If you are in need of a plumber there is one and only one place to call! Plumbing Specialists! I live in an old house with terrible plumbing. I have called Plumbing Specialists out 2 times and would never consider calling another company. Not only were the plumbers friendly, talented and extremely professional, but the girls in the office are just a pleasure to talk to. I feel like I made a friend in Michelle, she is a treasure. Our situation became one that any other company would have turned us away (we didn't have the money at the time, my husband was laid off and I am struggling with health problems) Plumbing Specialists took care of our plumbing problem and is letting us make payments! Can you believe that? It's true, these folks are a true blessing from God. Thank you Plumbing Specialists, you are one in a million, if anyone calls anyone else for their plumbing needs they are making a huge mistake.

PSI was great. Toilet and bathtub wouldn't drain, it's was a Sunday, my regular plumbing company wouldn't respond so after waiting an hour or so I called PSI and they fixed my toilet and bathtub. After my regular plumber stated house was needing total re-pipe!!!! Thank you Plumbing Specialists, Inc for saving me ALOT of money!!!

I have to say that today I experienced the best customer service and professionalism I have had in over ten years..I'm not talking about a four star hotel or a fancy restaurant. I am speaking of the gentlemen who came to my door to fix my plumbing issue. Their names were John and J.R. I had the pleasure to find my problem not only fixed, but it looked better than before. They also cleaned up and made my shower area look immaculate. Both John and J.R. were polite, sincere, honest and right away I could tell they were experts in their field.

I had 2 plumbers out to ID problem & give estimate. The first wanted to re- pipe my whole condo because I have a cement slab. ( have it go up and thru the attic)!
I’m sorry I have forgotten the plumbers name from Specialist. He was great! I had a leak in th main water pipe so water was leaking under my entrance & office area. He replaced the pipe by going thru the inside wall. It took about 3 - 4 hours. He never took a break, informed me in advance of work being done. I definitely would recommend this company!

I've used PSI for all my plumbing needs for the last 5 years. They have always been friendly and on time. Prices are good and the quality of work is A+. I would not hesitate to recommend PSI to anyone looking for a good plumber.

I had my first experience with Plumbing Specialist Inc. I must say that it was the best decision I took to call them for the problem I had with y water heater (GE which I will never purchased again.) I was getting the run around from Rheems Mfg which were saying one day they have the part and another day they don't have that part and at the same time we had no hot water for 6 days waiting for the part to come which never did.
So i spoke with Amber at Plumbing Specialists. Inc. and "boom" with in the same day she found the part and the next day I had hot water. That girl rock and can get things done. Patrick the tech that came to my house took care of replacing the thermocouple the professional way and was extremely friendly. I am a homeowner, I have put this company in my contacts on my phone and will be my plumber from now one. I recommend these people highly and always speak with Amber. She will handle what ever your problem is!

Hopefully nothing breaks again, but if it does this will be the company we contact, John was awesome, courteous, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He did a GREAT job and really represented this company well and we have their phone number saved on our phones.

John was a professional, courteous and fast. When situation was explained to him, he immediately went to work and found the leaks and made the repairs. He even found other things and suggested what was to be done there. This guy was good, and I look forward to acquiring their services in the future.

Called to get a estimate which the front office is very helpful. They sent Greg out to give a estimate two days later still don’t have one. I called they said he was on job 2/8/22 he would do it after his job, 2/9/22 called again spoke to Greg and told me he had a emergency would do it later.

I am very happy with the service I received from PSI. We had a major plumbing emergency yesterday. They cam to the rescue within an hour of calling and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Even though we have an older house, which caused the technician many challenges. Will definitely use them again!

If i could give them more stars I would. The technicians are great, they work hard, they have never over charged me and they really know what they are talking about. Anthony is our go to tech he is very knowledgeable,very skilled, very professional, his customer service is great and he has ALWAYS fixed everything we needed him to fix. Plumbing Specialist technician was very professional, efficient and friendly. They responded to my service appointment inquiry right away and sent a technician to install our new garbage disposal on a very timely manner. The technician, John was very friendly and efficient and was able to install the disposal unit very quickly.

2020, Patrick has been back to do two more projects for us. STELLAR work again. Today's job could have been awful. But Patrick made it look easy and I have every confidence the work is high quality. He had to remove my foundation to change the position of my kitchen sink. Awesome work! I still highly recommend.
2019 I had two previous plumbers for my project that were awful. Bad work and no shows. Brian heard the desperation in my voice and personally came and looked my job. He didnt have to, but he did it to help me! When the work started, he sent me Patrick. I can't say "Thank You!!!" enough. He helped me deal with the crummy work being done by Tim Grimes at Mission Restoration. Patrick fixed what he needed to and helped me to know what to watch for and insist on with the tile crew. Once that part was over Patrick and JR came back to install the toilet, tub, shower, and sink faucets. They were AWESOME.
They got all that done in a timely manner and left the site spotless!
As an extra bonus, the ladies in the office are super. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and (in dealing with me) patient.
