Hard to rate their actual service because they never bothered to show up. Been waiting for six hours (now 10 pm), and they don’t even have the courtesy to call and explain what happened or return my call. Completely unprofessional, poor customer service, and terrible communication. Don’t waste your time with this company.

UPDATE: My HOA uses your company. I spoke to Misty, who is the one who didn’t return my call regarding where my plumber was at at 9:20 pm after several delays. The plumber actually did show up. At 10:30 pm. When I didn’t respond to the door knock because I was sleeping, he rang my doorbell and then texted me at 11:02 pm. I still have the text message from YOUR employee. If you still don’t think I have the right company, speak to Arlene from SoCal because I expressed to her also that this was completely inappropriate. She happened to agree.

Plumbing problem 2/9/19: backed up drain pipe where washing machine drain it’s water through a hose.
Well, I put out search on Angie’s List, and got a call back immediately from Rossman Plumbing. I said to myself who on earth responds to a service call at 7:00 am Saturday and it was rainy that day.
A young energized young man named David came to my rescue. Very polite and friendly. He evaluated the problem and and fixed it.
I give Rossman Plumbing 5 stars because of their employee David who
worked hard and fast.

I have been using Rossman for my plumbing needs now for several years. They have repaired or replaced several valves at my residence, installed faucets and replaced garbage disposals. Plumbing and plumbers are expensive but I feel that Rossman does a good job and that the cost benefit is pretty good.

I called at about 4 in the afternoon and by 5 the 2 gentlemen were at my house fixing my leaking pipe that connected to our water heater. Because it was later in the day they didn't have the exact things they needed to permanently fix the problem but did a temp fix so we could have hot showers in the morning and came back the next day to permanently fix the issue. Super Awesome!!

Top notch service from start to finish. Rossman will always be the first I call for all my plumbing needs. Matt F is a great guy; knows his stuff, courtesy, on time and gets the job done.

Jeff the repairman arrived on the job on time. Completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He was very courteous and kind.

Dale Skinner did a great job. He replaced the water pressure regulator and some pipes outside the house. He is very nice, professional and quite knowledgeable as he responded to all my questions and even offered suggestions to help me out. Would definitely recommend him.

We were very happy from start to finish. What we thought would take a couple hours turned into several as he was very thorough. We will definitely use again when needed.

Joe the plumber came on Sunday afternoon and promptly took care of my problem. He just needed to go out and bring the hoses and installation was quick. He was courteous, professional and seem to know what he was doing. I was impressed by his work ethics. I will hire him again. The company may not be the cheapest but certainly willing to solve the problems. Thanks Joe!

Called Rossman plumbing on a Sunday to fix a leak/faucet repair in my laundry room. Ryan came out and fixed the leak and replaced all necessary parts. Highly recommended.

Brian did a great job repairing/remodeling the valves and fixtures on my showers! Everything works better than the day we moved in to our home. Cannot thank Rossman Plumbing enough for their professionalism, workmanship, and customer service!

Good price and service was excellent. The main office kept me uptodate on appointment time and arrival time. David and Raffy did my installation on the water heater and were very personable and quick with their job. At completion of the job David gave me a explanation of the warranty on the water heater. Personally i felt very comfortable and confident with their work and definitely would use this company for any future plumbing issues.

This con artist charged my wife $185 to tighten a nut underneath a kitchen sink; beware, these con artists will take advantage of women.

To say that my wife was given a quote and she accepted is false. The plumber you sent simply tightened the nut and charged her $185, she was not given an option.

Why didn't I reach out to you before writing my review? The public needs to know what to expect when calling you Richard Skinner. I appreciate you mentioning, prayers and blessings, however, your actions speak louder than words.
Finally, your plumber quoted my wife $700 to switch out the kitchen faucet, to which she declined. I stand by my original review.

Found a leak inside our wall, had it partially patched in a few hours of finding it, and then completely repaired by the next day. Showed up on time, which was a welcome change from using other contractors who would blow us off for days at a time. Even when they hit a snag or two with my repair, the job was still done by the end of the day. They were very professional and courteous the whole time, would absolutely do business with you guys again!.

Can’t express how happy I am with the work/repair Vance did in my condominium. Vance is very knowledgeable and professional and keep area of work very clean. The plumbing industry need more professionals like him definitely will contract Rossman plumbing again!!!
