I first spoke with John when my water heater gave out. His company actually answered the phone and I didn’t get any run around. He was professional, reassuring, and knowledgeable. He quickly came out assessed the situation and was able to replace my water heater with little downtime. Which I appreciated because we had guests in from out of town and the last thing we needed was a broken water heater.

A month later we found a leak on the outside side of our house coming out of our stucco wall!! We were concerned it was our upstairs laundry room leaking inside the wall. Again, we called John he was able to pinpoint the leak was coming from our bathroom sink upstairs. He found the leak near the base of the wall a was able to repair without any damage to our home!!

He has been such a lifesaver to us - he is now our GO TO for any plumbing needs we have.

My water heater was leaking all over the place and I called Wrench re pipe because of the numerous 5 star reviews. I am so glad that I did. Richard could not have been any nicer. He is professional, punctual & his work is impeccable. I would give him 6 stars if I could. Anyone looking for a professional, do yourself a favor and call Richard at Wrench re pipe.

Allen did an amazing job for us. We had a huge job with lots of unexpected work along the way. He did great work for an unbeatable price. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend him for any job, big or small.

I have used Wrench Re-Pipe twice now. Once was for a whole house re-pipe. The second was for a minor leak. Both times Alan did excellent work. He always calls back within minutes, and keeps you up to date on his response time, and estimated time of completion. I have and would again refer Alan to friends and family.

Allen has helped me out with leaks in my home on several occasions. Most recently, I found a leak in the wall near my slab and close to my tankless water heater / soft water - so I feared the worst, a slab leak. Fortunately, he determined it was a busted drain pipe where it entered the slab and was able to resolve the problem within 24 hours. In the past, he has also fixed a ceiling leak and a burst pipe.

I had an emergency water leak and flooding from the upstairs shower to the downstairs bathroom. Water was shut off. Allen came right away and fixed the issue by replacing the shower valve. What he does which was unusual and handy is dry wall patching and texture which was done very professionally for a wonderful price. Work was excellent. I’d recommend him highly!

He knows his stuff and cares about quality work and materials. A couple of years ago, we decided to have the house repiped with pex pipe. We also had to relplace the water heater. Since them he has been back to my house to repair a small leak (free of charge under warantee) and even came out and inspected some work that a landscaper did (free of charge).
He always returns my calls quickly and communicates well about when he will arrive. I don't think I can trust anyone else to work on the plumbing of my house ever again.

Allen replaced a leaky Water Heater for me, and the whole experience was nothing but stupendous. He texted me back instantly so I didn't even shop around. He kept me posted the whole time via texts - when he's on his way, on the job, and after the installation with pictures. His quote is precise and more than fair, he gives you good-to-know information, and he was very professional by providing me a detailed invoice on same day. I believe him when he said he stands by his quality work; he's the sole owner/employee of his own company so that's a great plus. His *free* Preferred Customer program is just icing on the cake..

Highly recommend! Allen had helped me previously with a hot water heater. He did such a great job then, that I called him to help me with a leaky shower. He responded very quickly and took the time to explain to me what the issue was and how it was going to be fixed. He took pictures of the tight spots that I couldn't see, so that I could understand what he was talking about. Top notch service!
