I reached out to Evens Dye Pool Company due to seeing them go to my neighbors house to maintenance their pool. I needed a green to clean service! (My pool was pretty bad) After reaching out to Even, he had a technician come the following day to look at the pool, and we came up with a plan the same day! I was on time crunch to have the pool clean, and this company did not disappoint me at all! My pool looks amazing!
The company was extremely attentive, fast responding, reliable, and was there for any of my concerns and questions.
If you need a pool company I recommend this one 100%!

Day after Christmas the pump for my pool just quit and with the wind, rain, debris I needed to get it back on quickly. I had Evan Dye’s number from a couple of years ago when my pool was so green you couldn’t really see the bottom and he came out and within 3 days it looked perfect and has stayed that way. This time I called and Evan quickly answered and listened to the situation and said he could guide me to fix it. Sent pictures he asked for. He sent back pictures circling the switches I needed to turn off for 5-10 minutes, then turn back on. I followed his instructions and the pump instantly went back on. Evan has always been very cheerful and helpful. He is pleasant and trustworthy to do business with.

Interstate Air Conditioning & Heating of Riverside recently changed out a furnace at my rental property. I could not believe he was there on time & how fast the job was done. When the tech left everything was neat and clean. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Amazing, I almost tossed my wool rug, but it came back almost brand new. The owner also came and picked the rug up because he lived near by me. So nice. I will definately use them again.

An amazing company! From the get-go, the staff was particularly helpful and professional. Mike was extremely thoughtful and accommodating. He came to my house to measure and pick up my rugs, cleaned them, and then hung on to them for several weeks for me when I was traveling. He then delivered them to my storage unit so I wouldn’t have to lug them around. Gentle Genie did a beautiful job cleaning three of my rugs, one of them a cherished family antique rug. They did such a great job that I just gave them two more rugs to do for me! And I will continue to give them my business. Thank you, Mike and Gentle Genie Staff!

Our Oriental rug, that we've had for many years, turned out beautifully. The colors are refreshed, and the cleaning was excellent. We couldn't have asked for better service.

Stained area rug that would not clean up with in house service for pet accidents. Sent it out and it cleaned up great. Ask Eric and he will let you now what they can do.

Very nice people to work with but my rug repair was not at all what I expected. The rug is a Persian cut pile rug and the repair is large loops and stands out more than the original hole. I was not told they couldn't repair the rug with the same type of yarn and stitch in the rug. Very disappointed. I will need to replace my rug.

Follow-up. They went from 1 star to 5…or 4.5 to be more accurate. After hearing my complaint, they took my rug back and repaired it so well that I can’t tell where the hole was! My only complaint now is that they should have caught how horrible the first repair looked before they returned it to me. However, they have been so nice through all of this that I’m keeping them at 5 stars. Good customer service is hard to find and they truly have been so kind to work with. Thank you Gentle Genie!

I have used Gentle Genie Rug Care for my area rugs several times. They take excellent care of my rugs and they always come back looking like new. I really appreciate their pick up and delivery service as I would not be able to get the rugs properly cleaned otherwise. Livingston goes above and beyond helping me get the rugs back in place after they have been cleaned. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I dropped off two rugs, which I was unsure if they needed to be clean. They were about seven years old. after getting them back, I realize they definitely needed to be cleaned and I am very happy with the results. I kept one of the rug that matches to compare and now I need to drop off this route to. They are a little far from my house, and I had to drive down and get them, but it was worth the drive, the communication was easy and even though they’re a little far from home, I will take my next rug to them

My mom had a Persian rug cleaned for me and a new rug pad. Mike was the one who came and took the old rug away out from under a grand piano by himself. He also replaced the cleaned rug and pad. He was positive and did a great job and was very patient with us in getting everything back just the way we liked it. The rug came out great and highly recommend them.
