The Techs installing our project Joe, Joaquin, and Chris are great to work with. Making adjustments along the way to make sure we are happy with their work. After all the install Matt in Tech support was awesome in helping us learn and navigate the system!

It's great to have people you can rely on. In our case, we regularly refer people to Pedro, Dean and the team at Empire Technologies.

When our IT clients have cabling or access needs, or perhaps they're moving locations and need an entire facility wired, we call Empire. We used to have a few different sources we might reach out to but over time, we learned no one else is nearly as responsive and takes such great care of our customers. We recently moved our offices and Empire handled the new cabling of all communications devices - phones, computers, fax, wifi and two tv's, all on a very tight timeline. They did an awesome job! In particular, Dean \walked us through the entire process from our initial contact through install and beyond. When we ran into glitches with Cox and other vendors, Dean responded immediately and connected me with the right individuals and solutions. I highly recommend Dean and the team and Empire!

Pedro, Nathan and Dean have all been great to work with. Very happy with their responsiveness and review of the work to be done. SOW was very quick and easy. The quote was similiar to what I had received from other vendors but what sold me was the quality of the cameras, their professionalism and their responsiveness.
And now that I have a chance to do even more with the system Matt Bush rocked on helping me touch base on some of the questions I had. I am pretty DIY but with different systems there are always questions.

This is a team that knows what they are doing.

Company as a whole was great. Very tentative to our needs. Everything went very smooth and according to plan. Chris was the lead on this project he was great. Feed back on camera placement was on point. The part that was really great was the follow up after the job was completed to see how everything was working that is top notch customer service. Also thank you to Dean, he really helped out when our equipment went down. He got us a scissors lift whith in hour to keep the project on schedule. Thank you. 5 out of 5 for me.

I have worked with Empire Technologies now twice in a row. When I first met Nathan he talked over with me my initial plans for our camera needs. He built a proposal that was not only cost effective but fine tuned every need that I wanted to have. In the end we came up with a multi camera system to cover our entire community. Nathan is honest, dependable, communicates with you throughout the entire project and makes sure you are satisfied. His employees also do a top notch job during the setup. The cable management that they did for our project was a masterpiece. Each employee that came onsite was professional and communicated the status of the installation every step of the way. I would highly recommend Empire for any technology need that you may have. My first project went so well with them we hired them again to expand our coverage and upgraded our throughput from site to site. That project was flawless as well. Highly recommended!

Empire Technologies came out and installed several cameras and installed the proper software to our tablets while doing an amazing job. I had great experience working with Empire Technologies Group. They helped us to do the cabling and camera systems in two different sites and we are very satisfied with their service. Pedro Estrada was our account manager for the projects. He did a fantastic job in making sure the projects were working properly and he always answered to our questions and concerns.

We had three days of work performed by Chris and Matt this past week in Ontario. The work consisted of some challenging runs of both Ethernet and fiber cabling throughout a large arena environment, and installation of high-end cameras and rack mounted switches. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, the responsiveness of the on site team, and the professionalism demonstrated by the same individuals. I look forward to continuing to work with Empire and am getting ready to recommend them to another vendor of ours who needs a reliable cabling vendor also.
