Empire was highly recommended by our MSP; we have partnered with them on other projects, and we were impressed with the quality of their work. Recently, we’ve partnered with them again on a large-scale Structured Cabling project along with Security Cameras and Access Control.

During the quoting process, I was impressed with Dean Estrada’s knowledge and his willingness to find the right solution that fit our budget. He answered all our questions and even drove to our facility to demo the security cameras and software for our project. Dean understood our approval process and it was quite refreshing to not be under any pressure to approve the quote until we were ready. Dean is diligent in making sure we feel like we’re his only customer, I look forward to working with him during our current projects and future ones that are in the planning stages as of now.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the technicians on site, specifically Eric Price. Eric is a great communicator, and the quality of his work is world-class. He pays attention to small details that may become big problems in the future and helps us solve them while on-site.

Overall, Empire’s quality of work and customer service are outstanding, and we are very happy with our partnership.

Empires just there when I call them every single time. Their level of experience with long-term projects has been exceptional. Also appreciate their ability to Designer our access management system, and customize it within our budget to fit our auditing and security requirements. Dean’s assistance with our current project has been instrumental in Communicating project goals with all team members and resolving issues. Their entire staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. As a seven-year customer, we’ve been extremely happy with EMPIRE service.

Matt and his team from Empire setup all of our workstation equipment after we installed new furniture this week. They were very efficient, professional, and did an incredible job on our equipment setup. We couldn't have met our deadlines without their help. Truly the best and will definitely be working with them on other office projects in the future!

The crew was very professional, and worked in all weather to make sure my office's new cameras installed quickly and right. Chris, Richard, and Lawrence were all knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to walk me through back end workings to make sure I know how to operate the system correctly. Very honest and up front about what's required for install on the sales end, Nathan and Dean were very helpful getting everything together prior to the project start and working with us on package revisions.

We had a great experience with Empire Technologies. Dean Estrada was very communicative and scheduled an on-site inspection right away. After going over what we wanted, he provided a list of services and what would get completed. After signing the proposal, we were able to schedule for services within two days. His team did an excellent job removing wires and relocating service boxes. They completely transformed our server room, which looks very presentable now. Particularly, Richard Mendoza went above and beyond since the moment he arrived. He volunteered to assist with moving sofas in our office and continued to offer assistance throughout his time here. He kept me updated throughout the process and let me know what to expect. He and another employee had stayed over 12 hours to complete the job, including installing a new access control system for our front door. There were some technical difficulties, so Richard came back first thing in the morning the next business day. He was very informative and ensured everything was properly working--including testing literally every key card I had added into the system--before leaving. His professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness were much appreciated.

I had a fantastic experience working with electrician Joey. He was friendly, professional and incredibly patient. I’m not tech-savvy but he took the time to clearly explain everything in simple, understandable terms, which made me feel confident and informed throughout the process. The Jo b turned out to be more complicated than expected, with a few surprise challenges along the way. But he handled everything with creativity and expertise. What really stood out was his attention to detail, he left the space spotless when he finished. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such genuine courtesy and professionalism. Outstanding electrician - highly recommended!
