Tree reviews in Riverside, California

These guys did a great job. Here on time, worked endless, completed job, cleaned up. Recommend to anyone who
Needs tree service

Had 7 trees: 2 orn plums,2 birches,3 sweetplums, great work. Used lift on my trees, removed a stump, and finished pruning 2 smalker cherry trees I had rough pruned, but didnt finish. Leonard was fair on pricing. They dont top or chop. They prune to a natural look. They seal the cuts too.

Amazing! Outstanding work! We must have called and interviewed well over a dozen tree service contractors and Carlos and his crew at HLI tree services was by far the best! Their knowledge and expertise was the best. They didn't try to pressure sell or convince us of work that didn't need to be done. They took the time to explain things and show us what needed to be done. Carlos and his crew were very professional at all times. I appreciated the organization and cleanliness of their work and equipment. They wore safety equipment and had cones out in the street to protect my neighbors. They even contacted my neighbor next door when they were trimming trees on a shared fence line. They definitely go above and beyond. I would highly recommend Carlos and his team. They did amazing work and we will be calling them again.

Today I had a fantastic experience with HLI as a team and specifically Leonardo Aguilar. I needed a couple of trees trimmed contacted HLI right away Leonardo called and scheduled a time to come by for a quote. Lucky Leonardo was near our home gave me a great price to trim two trees and haul away trimmings and was even able to get started right away on this project same day! All together there were 4 employees who took exceptional care great clean up and were all super professional great to work with!!! Thank you so much for taking my call Leonardo and team!!! You all rock!!

Called for a tree removal and they came over same day. They did a great job with no hassle. Completely removed the tree for a reasonable cost. I'd definitely recommend them.

Big Up to HLI Tree service! Super fast service! Fantastic communication! Neighbors huge tree fell on our driveway and Leonard was there in no time with his crew to clear it! Super friendly and superior tree work! Thank you!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Carlos and his team did such an awesome job, 3 of my neighbors hired them to do work at their homes! I originally called them to trim a large Ash tree that was more than half a century old. When Carlos came to assess the job, he honestly informed me the tree was dangerously termite infested and beyond saving. I was heartbroken to lose that beautiful tree. Carlos' team was fast and efficient. Upon completion, you couldn't even tell they were there.
I highly recommend HLI Tree Services, and will call Carlos back to take care of my remaining trees. They are also reasonably priced and have all the proper equipment to do any job.
Please don't hesitate to call them. Thank you for reading this.

I asked for a quote and three days later they were in the yard to do the work. They were efficient and polite and did a great job of removal and cleanup. I definitely recommend them.

Very disappointed with Riverside Ttee Service. Their communication was poor. They never showed up at the agreed time. I called them and Carmen acted surprised when I told her they never showed up for the estimate. She said she would call me back but never did. Don't waste your time with this awful company.

Quick and professional!! Amazing rates for a full day's work; removed two massive maple trees, as well as a slew of overgrown bushes and smaller trees. Everything was completed in a single day, and cleanup was excellent.

They were prompt, friendly fast and professional. When they gave the free estimate they explained how they would trim each tree and when they arrived a few days later they did all the work exactly as they described. I will definitely use them again.

Amazing service! The professionals responded very quickly to my request. They came out the next day to give me an excellent bid. The team did a phenomenal job trimming and removing trees. All members of the crew were friendly and professional.

The large Oak tree in our front yard was taken down by Riverside Tree Service. very knowledgeable I got here on time. They did a wonderful job and cleaned everything before they left. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. The pricing is fair.

Transformative and meticulous are words that immediately come to mind when reflecting on the superb work of Riverside Tree Service! Our venerable olive tree and the whimsical willow in our front yard were thoughtfully catered to by their adroit team, who provided unparalleled tree trimming and arborist services. Observing them navigate through the labyrinth of branches with precision and care was genuinely remarkable, ensuring that every snip promoted vitality and aesthetic appeal. When an unexpected summer storm compromised our olive tree, their emergency tree removal service was both expeditious and extraordinarily mindful of our property and safety. Forever thankful for their exceptional service and palpable dedication to tree care!

I have a rental house that needed some dead tree limbs and dead bushes cleaned up and hauled away. I was referred to Riverside Tree Service by a friend. I sent them a message and I heard back the same day. Rich was very responsive. Went out to the house right away and sent me a quote. Once the job was done he sent over pictures. He was very professional, great at communicating and did a great job on the trees.

During last week's storm I had a rather large tree fall. Riverside Tree Service came out, gave me an estimate and the tree was taken down and disposed of. The group of men did an excellent job. Thank you all!

Had a great experience with this Riverside Tree Service
right from the start. They were very professional and fair with his quote. I had a large tree that had to be removed and the stump ground down as well as trimming a number of other trees on my property. Really nice people and great work

My experience with Riverside Tree Service was genuinely top-notch. A few weeks ago, our backyard became a project for them, focusing notably on our magnolia and willow trees that desperately needed some professional attention. The team, with precise expertise, executed tree pruning and trimming with an impressive blend of art and science. An arborist shared essential insights about safeguarding the trees’ health, all while ensuring they continued to beautify our space. Their proficiency extended from basic tree maintenance to handling a slightly urgent removal situation with ease and safety. Exceptional quality, thorough cleanup, and genuine care for our outdoors have made me a thoroughly satisfied customer, and I can confidently recommend their comprehensive tree services.

I recently had Riverside Tree Service remove a large tree from my property and I am beyond happy with the results. The crew arrived on time, equipped with top-notch equipment, and completed the job in quick fashion. The skills of the team were very impressive and they left my yard spotless! My only wish is that the customer service could have been a bit better as there was some poor communication during parts of the process. But overall, I’m grateful for their services and highly recommend them!

We've used their service a couple of times now. They are not just a company cutting trees. They actually are botanists and understand how to cut them so they can remain healthy and thrive. They are our go to company for Tree care and landscaping!

The tree service was excellent! The team was very careful where the trimmed branches fell. They used pulleys and rigging to control the fall of a tree we had to cut down. Team was very knowledgeable on the care and trimming of trees we performed maintenance. They cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again. Joe from Redlands
