Imagine Restore took our call at 4AM when our home flooded and were at our house that morning working to remove the water. Walked us through the insurance process and were always available to answer all of our questions. The entire staff was very kind and friendly and did a professional job every step of the way. This job was beyond my ability so I called image restore. My floor had wood rot throughout the kitten area. They came out and provided me with a quote. I decided there I would go with them since I felt they knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. They came out a few days later and did an excellent job. So I’m really glad I used them. Give them a call!

Just DON'T do it. It's good, until it's not. Manny doesn't keep his word especially after you pay him. If he promises to do something don't hold your breath, it won't happen and he won't communicate with you. You'll have to reach out to him only for him to give you attitude and ghost you. I still have a section of my ceiling that wasn't painted correctly. He obviously doesn't care. I'm also not using a shower he told me not to use over 6 months ago due to a shower he said he would have fixed with the money provided. Now he's saying the shower was going to be fixed as a "courtesy". That's interesting as I paid for the dryers that blew in my house for several days due to a leak from that shower. Courtesy or not, if I'm not using a shower because you told me to wait until you fix it only to never do it, that's an issue. To date, the shower is still not fixed and he basically said oh well I was just going to do it as a courtesy. Got his $14,000 and became a different person. A ghost. Just avoid him.

Put my trust into this person Manny who came within two hours.
He had a plumber replace a burst pipe, assessed the damage and had a plan in place.
He left that evening with fans blowing to dry up my living room floor and bathroom.
Manny also made sure that he would be present once the insurance adjuster came to look at the damage.
This was the key, because Manny pointed out damages that was overlooked by myself and the adjuster.
As soon as approval was granted, Manny’s team sprung into action. Replaced the entire downstairs floor, painted and replaced vanity and mirrors in the bathroom.
Manny completed the work two weeks before the insurance check even came in.
Heed my advice and look no further if you want any remodeling done or if you ever have water damage.

Manny was outstanding! We were beside ourselves with the possible water damage to our new flooring and some interior walls. Manny let us know ahead of time the best and worst case scenarios in removing the water that came from a leaking valve behind the refrigerator. He took care not to disturb what was covered for protection and items set aside out of the way. He started with the less intrusive solution to our water damage which was drying out the flooring and walls with dehumidifiers and fans. It worked! Three days later we were dry. Set up was quick and removing the equipment went smoothly. We are so grateful to Manny and his Senior Technician for the positive outcome.
