Manny and his staff are so professional! All the workers were really polite and accommodated my work schedule.
The final product is beautiful! They did mold remediation and new drywall, paint, and moldings as well as a new shower, vanity and toilet in a bathroom. The price was reasonable and they worked with me to do exactly what I wanted and did not press me to do more work than was necessary. This is a very important point since I have a business of my own and I try to work this way as well. I recommend them highly.

I’m not one to write a ton of reviews but was compelled to take out a few minutes to commend Imagine for EVERYTHING they did for me and my family. No one wants to need this service but when the unexpected emergency occurs requiring you to file a claim, you want an expert in your corner that will be able to guide you through the process from remediation to rebuild. Understands the insurance process and will fight to make you whole. Best decision I made was calling Manny and his team of experts to be that for us. My only regret was not calling them from the start as we had a horrible start with remediation from another company that required his team to have to come behind and properly dry.

And from a contruction standpoint they have over 30 yrs of experience. Steve (project manager) prides himself on “doing the job right” and not cutting any corners.

I can honestly say our home is in a far better place than what it was prior to our water damage claim. Can’t recommend and praise these guys enough for that!

Where to start with this review. Imagine buying a new home and having a negligent contractor flood your house! That’s what happen to us! As a new home owner it’s hard to figure out what to do and who to turn to for help. Lucky for enough for me I got into contract with imagine restore! Not only did they come out quickly to help mitigate water damage but they also helped us along with the other steps to get my house back on track. They worked directly with the Insurance company to get me the most money possible to fix my house. Trust me when dealing with insurance it’s nice to have professionals on your side! After they received the insurance money they got to work immediately restoring my house the way we wanted. I honestly can’t believe how nice our place came out after they were finished with everything! Almost night and day difference! If you take anything away from this review it’s this. They are fast, professional, honest and will do everything in their power to get your home back to 100%

It’s been a pleasure working with Manny, he is excellent at his work.
We had to change our faulty AC unit at the earliest and he came in with great price and service.

Loved working with the team at Imagine Restore. From our initial conversation to the completion of our home, everything went great. It felt great to have an advocate speaking with the insurance to ensure things were taken care of. The team worked together to make sure our home was completed in a time efficient manner and within great quality. I was really impressed and love the transformation process.

Very happy with the service and results. We had a mold problem and imagine restore and Manny came through and repaired the problem. Provided quick and expert service. Would definitely use imagine restore again for all restoration needs. They were honest and upfront about their cost and their work. Also they replaced the entire kitchen and they did an excellent job on the new installation of cabinetry and countertops. Definitely satisfied. Great work!!! Happy customer!!!

I do not recommend Imagine Restore. My experience with Manny was very disappointing. He was difficult to work with and I found his billing practices to be unethical, especially when dealing with insurance claims. Always double-check your invoices — I was charged for services that were never done, including a $900 cleanup that didn’t happen. I had to pay out of pocket to have that work completed elsewhere. The invoice also included several inflated charges. If you choose to use this company, ask for a detailed price list and verify all work before making any payments.

Outside contractors and the father saved my home. I thought this would be a somewhat easy process boy was I wrong. If you deal with Manny beware as he is a skilled liar and will try to milk your insurance company ! This snake will try to over charge for items as well as charge for services that were never completed in order to inflate invoice. If you have to use this company make sure you demand to see receipts because just asking ,you will definitely get the run around. For example this snake tried to charge 6500 for a range oven, not the fancy one the one you can find for around 1500. This snake charged 1000 for clean up which was another flat out lie as I was the one who paid a trash removal company. Manny will try and make you pay for everything like faucets, hoods, disposal even though he has accounted for these things on the invoice. Just beware Manny is a snake oil salesman. Don't let him milk your insurance because he doesn't care about what damage this can cause the homeowner especially with insurance companies flat out refusing to insure in California. I was blessed to not get dropped but my premium did increase. Of course everyone is different straight cash you will most likely get more honesty. I'm happy with my kitchen the bar overcharged and lost cabinet space did nothing I asked for. In the end imagine restore was an unimaginable nightmare.

This guy's did an awesome job in my house. It was a good experience.He was on time, friendly and did a great job. I mean, I thought I was ready to give up on this flooring here and carpet, but he really brought it back to life.And it surprised the heck out of me when I saw we was able to do it. I would definitely use him again. And recommend him to anybody that's looking for a good professional cleaning at their house or business.
