My air conditioner stopped working right in the middle of the hottest days of the year. I left a message to Kelair and Mia promptly called me the next morning to rescue us. Luckily, Chad, who has been with Kelair many years found the problem right away—Simple fix. Kelair, a local company in business for over 40 years, installed my air conditioner 20 years ago. They are very responsive and I trust them. We call them every year for annual maintenance and get a $50 rebate from the Sheetmetal Workers.

My project regards upgrading the existing furnace to an electric heat pump system. Rob came out to provide a bid. Rob was punctual and extremely courteous. He went over every detail with me and explained it in a manner even I can understand. What I really appreciate was his transparency informing what he thought will and won't work as well as limitations. His bid came back quickly and competitively. Overall the entire process, from scheduling to project estimation, was simple and efficient.

Kel-Aire was super responsive to my parents’ request for service. Their 40+ year old heater wouldn’t power up and - being a local business - they were able to squeeze in a same-day appointment. They identified the problem straight away and remedied on the spot and provided a fair quote beforehand. Very grateful for their helpful and friendly disposition since my parents are now in their 80s. I will definitely call on them for maintenance on my house in the Spring.

Manny from KelAire was outstanding. He showed respect for my home by wearing booties, which most tradespeople don’t even think to do. He carefully inspected my ductwork for rodent damage and gave me honest feedback, including temporary and DIY for immediate fixes to contain the issue. His integrity, honesty, and customer-first approach really stood out. I’ll absolutely use him again and highly recommend him and Kel-Aire for anyone needing trustworthy service.
