I am a general contractor, and I love using Baeir primarily because my clients love them. They do new construction for me and system maintenance, and my clients love the work they do, and are always responsive if issues arise down the road.

Had an excellent experience with this company. Their owner, Scott, was very knowledgeable, competent, and professional. Very prompt (immediate) response and the only company that took the time to talk me through their thought process and had me text pictures of my AC unit to ensure proper parts were brought. Upfront about their prices, which I found to be quite fair. Overall, would certainly recommend.

Losing your air conditioning in +105 temp made my night miserable. Baier Heating & Air not only fixed it immediately the next morning but you can trust their work. It’s so good to know we have an honest, intelligent experienced HVAC team here in the north bay!!! Thanks Baier Heating and Air team.

Unfortunately, purchased an A/C unit 3 years ago which has died. It was a Gurardian ( which is probably the lowest end of products) and Baer will not return my calls or offer help. Buyer beware and for Baer, you need to work on your customer service.

I would highly recommend this company to everyone I know. The a/c installation and duct work they completed were done throughly and efficiently. They are hard workers and went over and above to provide excellent work at an excellent value. Chad and all of his employees were kind, considerate and respectful of me and my home. Chad is personable, easy to work with and was able to explain all the details of the job to me so I was educated about and felt comfortable with all of the work done. This is an awesome, dependable company with integrity and skill.

Scott and Chad are great to work with and the whole team was friendly, professional and skilled. We highly recommend Baier and we're glad we hired them. Our new heat pump is running great and will help the Earth and our utility bills.

Hands down the BEST HVAC company in Sonoma County. I had Baier place a new unit on my roof. It took some custom metal fabrication to mount the new unit. Chad built the custom sheet metal at his shop and it worked perfectly. Very personal and easy to work with. Him and his crew were very professional. Never had a problem with him or someone at his office answering or calling me back. He was fair and and trustworthy. Edgar came out to diagnose a faulty a/c system. He quickly diagnosed the issue and found a solution. The a/c is now back to normal. He was honest and professional during the whole ordeal. I definitely recommend them for hvac issues.

I only have two thumbs up to give for Northbay Comfort and it’s not enough. They’re a terrific HVAC company that’s no-nonsense, to the point, and competitively priced. We had a simple enough job of rewrapping two ducts and reconnecting another and struggled to find anyone local to actually Do The Job. After suffering through the Santa Rosa Shuffle--lots of no shows, refusals because it wasn’t worth their time, or in the case of one clown from Sebastopol, ridiculously overbid at $2K--we finally gave Northbay a call and are so glad we did. Edgar showed up on time, inspected the job without charge, gave a competitive bid, then actually showed up later that day *as promised* and knocked the work out in under an hour. And because the job ended up taking far less time then he thought, he went ahead and lowered the bill. I can’t recommend Northbay Comfort enough. If you’re in Sonoma Valley and looking for someone competent to service your HVAC system, who does what they say they’re gonna do, and who isn’t going to try and rip you off, this is the company.

Edgar with Northbay Comfort INC. has come out for various major HVAC projects in our 14k sq ft commercial building and is always a pleasure to work with. He’s extremely knowledgeable, reliable and honest! Definitely can’t go wrong with them if you’re looking for a good HVAC vendor.
