They actually answered the phone before 8 AM. They came out that same day and fixed my air conditioner. The technician was very knowledgable and friendly. The office person communicated quickly and completely. A delightful experience.

We recently purchased three duct-less mini-splits for heating, and air-conditioning our home from Enviro Heating and Air. The entire process was great from our initial contact with Jason who went over the primary options that interested us. Upon choosing our plan, we were scheduled for installation, and the team arrived as scheduled, and early each day to install our system.
A special nod to the installers, Justin and Christan, who were professional, clean, and easy to get along with. They were very polite young men. They kept us informed at every step of the installation. Each house has different concerns and we were informed of all the installation procedures that needed to be addressed. The gentlemen finished on schedule, and Jason returned to help us learn how to use the system.
It is important to me that the people I contract to do work with me are punctual, polite, and informative. We couldn't be happier with the team at Enviro and we look forward to having a pleasant environment in our home. Thank you.

So grateful for the fast response. During the rainstorm, we lost heat. The technician was here in 30 min. The area under the house had flooded and heater shut down. The technician went beyond the call of duty and got the heat working. His professionalism and quality of service was 5 star. I have no hesitation recommending Enviro. I called Enviro Heating & Air because I needed to replace my HVAC system. Jason the estimator meet me a few days later and showed me how I could drastically improve my system. In 2 weeks Christian came to start the installation. He and his team were fantastic, they were knowledgeable, polite, friendly and cleaned up daily. They replaced all of the ducting under the house, the furnace and added a heat pump in less than a week. I couldn't be happier and couldn't recommend a company more!
