I had the pleasure of working with Alethea Brown when I bought a Tuff Shed. She is a very pleasant person, very friendly and knowledgeable about the sheds and helped me with some decisions I was unsure about. I'd highly recommend her to my friends in need of a shed.

Alethea was great to deal with for the design and estimate and the installation crew did a fantastic job. Everyone was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. The field crew was on time and they put the entire shed together very quickly. Im extremely pleased with the quality and price point. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

We needed a small 6 x 8 shed installed in the backyard of our Fort Bragg home - something more substantial as we often get strong winds and heavy rains. Jayson Blakley of Tuff Shed helped us design our little shed with the most sensible and useful options, as we weren’t certain ourselves what we’d need. Jayson was professional, knowledgeable, and upbeat - very nice to work with. There were a few minor install issues, which he was quick to help us resolve. The install team was fast and efficient, and did a good job overall. I would recommend having your plan handy on installation day, and reviewing carefully all items per the plan, as small things may be overlooked. However, any minor oversights have been addressed professionally and responsibly, so we were very pleased with Jayson and the team. It was a very positive experience, and we are happy with the final product.

I recently purchased a Shed and loved the overall experience right from the start. Working with Jayson was fun he is super cool and easy to work with, great enthusiasm, he provided so many options during the design phase and help co-ordinate the entire build.

I had the shed up and running in a matter of 2 weeks. This was my first shed project ever and never thought would be such a breeze.

I need help with keys and Jayson and Alethea helped me out in a moments notice. I felt supported throughout the process and looking forward to working with them on my next project.

Pass by this Tuff Shed location a few times on the freeway. I don’t live in the area but I figure this time I’ll stop by to check out the Sheds. I walked into this nice looking showroom office. I was actually expecting a dusty Home Depot like environment. This guy sitting on a leather chair in front of a computer said he’ll be right with me. Great this guy is going to read off a script and try to convince me why their sheds are the best. He comes out and introduced himself as Jayson Blakley. I told him why I was there and what I had envisioned the shed to be and what it will be use for. Jayson then began telling me all of the combos and specs I can go with and he can make it any way I want within their options. Jayson was smiling, friendly, and I can sense he was genuine not the dry black and white kind of salesmen. Told him I was in a hurry for a meeting at work. So he took down my name, number and email. Said he will email me a couple of design and options. I figured with the short amount of time and the rush I was in to leave, he’d think I was just window shopping and The chances I will hear back from Jayson was slim. By the EOD he email me 3 detailed designs and a breakdown of all the options and prices. I was I impressed! We exchanged a couple more emails, reviewed and changed a few more options. And before I knew it. The shed was delivered and builded with the custom design and specs I asked for. Jayson is one of the friendliest, polite, professional, and actionable sales person I worked with. The entire process was straight forward and fast. It was easier than the self check out at the grocery store…

Just need the paint combo, a mini porch and some custom planter boxes.

Tuff Shed in Santa Rosa was a pleasure to work with and did an awesome job customizing our Pro Ranch shed. The salesperson, the store manager and the construction crew were all very professional and easy to work with and we are very happy with the as-built shed.

Jason was so easy to work with, and helpful! He was able to meet our needs quickly and got us in and out quickly while still getting the exact shed to match our current one! I'd highly recommend!!

Alethea was great to work with and this would have been a 5 star rating if the sales office had not made the assumption that I wanted to pay the balance owed on my account with my credit card. They did not contact me to ask if that was the way I wanted to handle the payment,,..it wasn't. Everything else was great and we love the shed.

After designing our shed online (really cool tool), I got in touch with Alethea and she double checked it all to make sure it would work well for our needs. Then they scheduled delivery and build within a week! A totally seamless experience at a fair price. We're totally impressed.

What a great experience! Beginning with the advice and planning provided by Jayson, to the scheduling and subsequent installation by Zack, James and Efrain, this was a perfect example of talented, thoughtful customer service--probably made all the easier by the participants as they have the good fortune of representing a quality product. Such a pleasant experience working with Jayson. He helped create the perfect space we were looking for. I was somewhat intimidated by all the options and customization opportunities. But how cool is it to be able to pick and choose exactly what you want!

Jayson was very helpful getting 10 8x8 Tuff Sheds built on site for Ginger Rose Rv Park. They tuned out great. My tenants are happy to have these storage on their space. Looking forward on getting more. Thank Jayson for being patient with me. Look forward on getting more sheds.

We needed a new shed as our old metal shed was leaking and small. Our son had recommended Tuff Shed as they had one designed by Jayson in 2021 and it came out beautifully.
So we spoke to Jayson when we came in and he listened to our needs and showed us a great design. Jayson set us up for the install within 4 days to beat the rain.
We are very happy and now can clear out the garage for more room there.

Our experience with Tuff Shed was fantastic from start to finish. I prepared several dozen mock-ups in Tuff Shed online designer before moving forward with prelims and engineered design plans. After obtaining a building permit for a 14 x 20 Pro Tall Ranch, Tuff Shed scheduled a 3-day build. The contract builders were professional and worked quickly. Finished product looks great. We hired others to add electrical & drywall after the build was complete. Overall, we plan to create extra office and living space. Definitely recommend!

After looking at all the display sheds on site I sat down with Alethea and she designed the perfect 10’x12’ tall ranch shed/workshop for my yard saving me money and designing for my needs. Very good experience, no pressure, and 12 month deferred interest! Highly recommend RP Tuff Shed.

I think being able to build it out first and price it was probably what I liked the most. I got teamed up with Alethea and she took it from there. She's easy to work with and very responsive.
