My experience of purchasing and installation of a 120 s.f. Tuff Shed was excellent. The sales representitive Alethea worked with my wife and I to select the a shed from all the many different models and multiple options to design a structure for our needs. During the design each concept we considered was clearly presented and priced prior to making our selection. The shed was delivered and assembled in one day without a problem.

My experience with Althea Brown and everyone at Tuff shed was excellent. She listened to my needs and didn't pressure me to get the final product to my home. I needed time to research my lighting options and she was great about checking in on occasion to see where I was on the project. The installers did a great job and when a problem popped up in the area we were installing the Tuff Shed management team came out and helped solve the issue. I am very happy with the product and the process.

We just had our new Tuff Shed barn delivered and installed yesterday… I’ve been waiting a long time to create my “she shed“, and it was worth the wait. The entire experience was pleasant and fun! Jayson in the sales office was professional, patient, and helpful with the design and upgrades that I asked for. He took the time to explain the process thoroughly to me, and I appreciated his suggestions. In fact, the entire staff in the Rohnert Park office were friendly and professional. The crew that installed the barn showed up early in the morning, and were fast and efficient… It took them about six hours to finish the job, and what a great job they did! I highly recommend a Tuff Shed for anyone that needs or wants their services!

Alethea was wonderful to work with! She did a site visit and helped me choose the perfect shed size, carefully working around multiple utility pedestals in my yard. We are big fans of Tuff Shed in general (we currently own 5 and intend to buy more) and Jayson is one of the big reasons we continue to buy Tuff Sheds. Recently, from the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by Jayson's friendly smile and helpful demeanor. He listens well and makes helpful suggestions. Jayson knows and understands the Tuff Shed product line and is concerned about his customers getting exactly what we want. From the design stage all the way to the installation, Jayson is involved and committed. Throughout the process he is always available to answer questions and concerns.

I discovered Tuff Shed after checking out the options in the parking lot at home depot. The sales rep shared that there was a larger selection just down the road at the Tuff Shed store front, so naturally I stopped by to see what they offered. We were looking to have a shed built around our existing pool pumps. I walked in and was greeted by Jayson who was knowledgeable and kind. He showed me a few options on the lot, gave me a couple quotes and checked me out in under 30 minutes. Two days later my shed arrived and was being built by their team which i found quite impressive. I chose 4 stars instead of 5 because we hit a few bumps in the road with measurements of the pad + communication between the build team and the sales team, which led to a couple day delay in finishing our shed. The end result was a nice quality shed completed in two days instead of one. Yes, I would recommend Jayson + Tuff Shed going forward.

Don Lewis was our sales and design consultant at the Tuff Shed Install/interior business in Santa Rosa California. He took time with us by explaining aspects of the process, showing us pictures, helping us find our location online, and determining specifics so that we could have the best experience possible. We had wanted a dark olive green and it had come in the wrong color. It was probably just as well because what we realized was that painting the shed the same colors as the house, given the size of our yard, gave us the most streamlined look. the installers came out and had everything done within a business day, and even made some modifications on the back roof to keep us compliant with the setbacks.
