We had this guy Dennis come out for our Stove last month. He ordered the wrong part and then tried to compensate for his mistake by cutting corners in an effort to make it work. He also overcharges you. He never takes responsibility for his actions, and blames the customer for his ineptitude. Stay far away from this guy.

Dennis diagnosed a dishwasher issue and recalibrated some sensors, which seems to have fixed our issue. While he was here, also had him clear clogged refrigerator drain. He was on time, professional and came out within 48hrs of inquiry. I think he even had availability the same day. Will definitely use him again for future appliance repairs at my home and rental.

Got an appointment the same day. Only took about 10 min to diagnose problem. Dennis did not have the part but said he would get it and return on Monday to repair gave us the cost up front. Very Happy

I have used Fix it Fast appliance repairs both at my home and at a house I lease. Dennis is always quick to respond, courteous, professional and gets the job done. When appliances falter, which inevitably they do, Dennis is always the first thought that comes to my mind. Don't mess around with people who don't answer your calls, don't return messages, don't reply to texts, don't show up on time, are unpleasant and don't stand by their work...because that is the average out there.
