This company was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They came out same day to diagnose problem. They were efficient, had clean work space and very friendly. We had this guy Dennis come out for our Stove last month. He ordered the wrong part and then tried to compensate for his mistake by cutting corners in an effort to make it work. He also overcharges you. He never takes responsibility for his actions, and blames the customer for his ineptitude. Stay far away from this guy.

Dennis diagnosed a dishwasher issue and recalibrated some sensors, which seems to have fixed our issue. While he was here, also had him clear clogged refrigerator drain. He was on time, professional and came out within 48hrs of inquiry. I think he even had availability the same day. Will definitely use him again for future appliance repairs at my home and rental.

Got an appointment the same day. Only took about 10 min to diagnose problem. Dennis did not have the part but said he would get it and return on Monday to repair gave us the cost up front. Very Happy

I have used Fix it Fast appliance repairs both at my home and at a house I lease. Dennis is always quick to respond, courteous, professional and gets the job done. When appliances falter, which inevitably they do, Dennis is always the first thought that comes to my mind. Don't mess around with people who don't answer your calls, don't return messages, don't reply to texts, don't show up on time, are unpleasant and don't stand by their work...because that is the average out there. Fix it Fast is the way to go.

Diagnosed & repaired an intermittent problem with our dryer. After replacing all the sensors & fuse on my own, it continued to stop working intermittently. Dennis came & diagnosed the issue. He repaired it today & it works better than before.

I can't say enough good things about Dennis at Fix It Fast. In March he replaced a thermostat on our old (1988) Sub Zero fridge because ice was forming on the back wall. Less than 2 months later the ice was back. He came over, defrosted the ice and replaced the thermostat again. He had to rewire the new part without a wiring diagram (due to age of fridge), and spent several hours here. Now the fridge seems to be working well again and we weren't charged because of the warranty on parts and labor. I just hope the ice problem is solved.

Technician was really great working quickly and letting me know exactly what the issue was and how long it would take for parts and final repair to be complete. Very happy with how smooth everything was within a couple hours of making call to schedule service we were all set!

My experience was outstanding. I have them scheduled for the same day I called. They were fast, very professional and I found out that the used fridge I bought had its original compressor replaced by a very old one. They tried to fix it (as I insisted), and the next day, it was not working again as they told me there was a considerable probability of happening. They returned, refunded me the material cost, and only charged me for the diagnosis. I strongly recommend them per their honesty, professionalism and technical expertise.

We have a sumsung French door refrigerator, which several repair shops won’t bother to repair. Used Fix IT Fast for two separate issues over the past couple of years. Dennis (Owner) was prompt and fixed the problems. They did a thorough job both times for a price I found was reasonable for the amount of time and care they put into the jobs. Techs showed up quickly and were nice. They found the issue with my mini-fridge quickly, although it was only an assumption that it was the evaporator, they didn’t actually find the leak there. My gripe is that they wanted to charge me $379 for the part. I got on the phone with the manufacturer and found that it only cost $75! That’s a ripoff in my opinion. They wanted over $1000 to fix my fridge that is a little more than that new. I passed. The techs were quick and polite tho, nothing against them.

I called to make an appointment to get our Frigidaire refrigerator fixed. The girl who answered the phone was rude. I told her I had a refrigerator to fix that it was a standalone and she kept asking me over and over if my freezer was working didn’t call about my freezer. I called about my refrigerator. . Obviously, I didn’t use them. I suggest calling someone else.

Dennis was great to work with , he ordered the parts for my washer and fixed as soon as the part arrived. Second time I have used their services.

Dennis was recommended to me when I was in a tough situation and had to replace the control board on my dishwasher due to some faulty electrical work. He came twice to figure out the problem and installed the correct board within an hour. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend and use him again!

Dennis did a great job repairing my Samsung refrigerator. There was frozen ice blocking the vents and the ice maker wasn’t working. He offered good value and fixed it. Requested repair services for a broken Refrigerator and Dishwasher. We had an understanding that a service call would cost $79 if repairs were impossible, otherwise the service fee would be folded into the repair cost. The refrigerator needed replacement after a new control board did not fix the problem, a new board did repair the dishwasher. We were charged $385 for the repair of the dishwasher (fair) and still needed to pay a separate $79 refrigerator. Even though we asked for both appliances to be repaired at the first visit, apparently each had a separate service charge.
