Mike was able to come over within a day and help us with our freezer icemaker situation. Also gave us some great advice on a smelly washer! Would certainly call him again.

Mike was wonderful! Our washer broke just days before Christmas, we called Fixel repair and Mke came the same day within 2 hours! Because the part was not readily available and would have be ordered out of state he took the time to do a temporary fix so we could still use washer until part came in!! An absolute lifesaver!! I'm not one to write a review but, in this case I have made an exception. It is rare to experience service like his. Mike returned my call in minutes, literally before his close of service for the day. He arranged to meet the next day to diagnose the problem with the refrigerator, which was struggling to cool. Upon seeing the 15 year old refrigerator, he determined the problem and was able to return the next Saturday morning to repair the unit. All of the reviews written are accurate about his courtesy and attention to the details. I will use Fixel going forward as my first choice for appliance repairs.

My Maytag dryer quit working and since I believe in doing business locally I contacted Mike at Fixel. He came out the next day and did a thorough diagnosis. He was very professional and knowledgeable about my Dryer and what it was going to need in order to get it up and running. Mike secured the parts and came out 2 days later and fixed it! I had Mike come out to fix my Kitchen aid Refrigerator . The freezer compartment was icing up badly 1" of ice . I had some one out from a local repair company that kitchen aid recommended . They replaced the door seal , but it still ice up Even worse.
Mike from Fixel appliance , came out ( he is a excellent trouble shooter ) he was able to fix the seal with steam tool he had.
I will call him back if I need any appliances fixed , I won't hesitate to call them.
