We reached out to Fixel about our washing machine leaving black stuff on our clothes. It rinsed off easily, but we didn’t want to deal with it. He came for the price of a service call, checked it out, and discovered that it was just stuff that built up in the tub and under the agitator. He told us what we could use to clean it ourselves, saving us money, and maintain it over time. He was on time, had great customer service, and was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Mike is wonderful! The housing for the water filter in our fridge broke and couldn’t hold the new filter. So we had no ice or water. Mike arrived a couple of hours after we contacted him. He had to order the part and when received he came out for the repair. He is very thorough and informative . He will definitely be our appliance repair person when needed.

I'm so glad the reviews led me to find Mike at Fixel Appliance Repair. I called a couple of places to find they don't repair Zephyr range hoods but Mike does. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately and within a week, got a new part and fixed my range hood just before Thanksgiving. Very reasonable pricing. Mike is very knowledgeable about all appliances and highly recommend him.
