Tim from Grout Renew arrived at my home on time as scheduled to replace loose grout, steam clean tile and grout, and color seal grout on my counter tops. The quality of Tim's work was outstanding/like brand new, it look like it did when we first moved in our house. Tim was courteous and professional at all times. He answered all our questions. We highly recommend Grout Renew.

Jonathan came out and thoroughly went over all details of the job so we knew exactly what and how the job would be done. He and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous..The work was beautiful and looks great.

Jonathan and his team did excellent work! I was very impressed by how well they were able to minimize any dust during the removal of the grout. They paid very good attention to detail, were respectful and left my place looking very clean. Job well done!

Very happy with the service and our floors came out amazing.

We had 30 year old grout in our kitchen replaced with new grout. The process of removing the old grout was noisy and dusty but we were cautioned about that. Jonathan and his team are very respectful of their customers as well as their property and took great care to minimize any dust or dirt. The kitchen counter now look like new and the kitchen is much brighter.

I would recommend Grout ReNew to anyone considering having grout cleaned or replaced.

Really great company. Came out and repaired our grout that was discolored and sealed the grout. Would highly recommend them for any type of grout issues you have.

Floor Tile came out great with the cleaning and recaulking. The new grout blends in with the tile.
Granite cleaning and sealing looks great also. Backsplash caulking looks great. Really made the countertops look great.
The polishing of the Piedrafina is complete and came out great.

I just had them back for a second job. My large shower. Tim and Jonathan spent ample time to get my job done right. Thoroughly cleaned tile and grout. First they removed a seat I had attached to the wall. It was on there for 13 years and was a chore to get off. Repaired missing grout. Sealed travertine tile and All the grout. Cleaned my glass. Looks wonderful!
I Highly Recommend Grout Renew! Tim arrived on time. He was courteous, knowledgable, professional. He pressure washed my whole floor with a system like a professional carpet cleaner would use. Scraped out area's where grout was loose and missing. Repaired them. My grout was never the color I purchased originally. He mixed me a color that blend's perfectly with my tile. Then sealed all my grout.

Jonathan and Tim are both professional and very personable. They are really focused on doing a great job with lots of attention to minor details. Jonathan is very flexible so we were able to add a small bathroom job to the original kitchen counter work. We saved thousands of dollars we would have spent to install new countertops, and we kept good porcelain tile from the landfill. A win/win.

The whole experience with Grout ReNew was excellent, from the prompt response to my inquiry, the through quote and excellent service. Our service technician, Tim took great care of our home while performing the cleaning, grouting and sealing. He explained the process and consulted with us on the grout color. Tim did an outstanding job returning our shower to looking like new again. We had let it go for too long and he was able to clean and regrout everything. I plan on using them for the downstairs shower this spring and possibly the tile floors.

Outstanding work. Jonathan and Tim did a great job cleaning, recoloring and sealing our grout. And they move all the furniture too. It looks brand new. Johnathon was meticulous in explaining the process and how their process compares to others. It sounds like it can last 8-10 years with proper maintenance so other than that unknown, it is a great job. It looks better than when it was new when we bought our brand new house 2 years ago. You know how sometimes when you talk to someone that you can really tell that they are passionate and take pride in their work and are good at it? Well that was Johnathan.
