Grout Renew was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning to the end! They were prompt, knowledgable, extremely clean and when they were finished my showers looked almost new. We have well water so our glass doors were really etched but they made them clear again. I would highly recommend them and would trust them to do the best job!

Tim and Jonathan at Grout Renew did a fantastic job cleaning, regrouting and sealing the shower in my master bath. They also did the same for the area surrounding my bathtub and cleaned and applied new caulk to the bathroom floor. They worked diligently, answered all my questions and even responded promptly the following week to take care of a subsequent issue with the drain in my shower. Very professional company, easy to work with and clearly cares about customer satisfaction. I am going to have them do a light refresh in my guest bathroom as well and I highly recommend them.

We just had our 2nd appointment with Grout ReNew. Our first appointment was 2 years ago. Tim did a great job on our grout both times. We have a joint where our kitchen counter meets the wall that splits seasonally because our house is a new build. It looks like new! Our master shower is all grout floor to (almost) ceiling & it also looks like new! Prior to our new build 1 year warranty expiring (years ago) we had the builder send their company out to fix the kitchen counter joint. It looked so bad & didn’t last. I’ll never trust another company other than Grout ReNew!

Jonathan did a very thorough inspection & analysis of a leak from my shower. Using infrared and a moisture detector, he was able to determine the repairs necessary.

I had a very positive experience with Grout ReNew repairing my tiled master shower. Attentive to what I needed, made excellent suggestions, then sent out a highly skilled, experienced and courteous tile setter. I also had my 30 year old kitchen tiled floor professionally scrubbed and what a difference it has made with clean grout lines and glowing tile. I plan on calling them back when needed.

Their work lasted 30 days. Reached out to them and excuses after excuses and blaming me for my maintenance and drain type. I had it done by Grout Medic and it lasted a year. Don't be fooled by their BS response to my review.

Had the entire downstairs floor grout color change completed along with a cleaning and repair of three full bathrooms WHITE grout. The service was top notch and the end result was excellent, the bathrooms looked brand new and the floor color change was amazing. I was very impressed by the work and the professionalism. It took four days to complete all of the work we had done and they showed up on time each day and worked diligently throughout the day. They were very polite and explained each process. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

We hired Grout Renewal to clean and seal our tile floors! Tim came out to do the measurements for the estimate! He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional!
