Very pleased with Triark Roofing from quote to completion of project (whole roof replacement). Jay, Barbara in the office, and the roofing team were all very helpful and answered a myriad of questions. Roofing materials, new vents and new rain gutters with leaf guards - all look great. Our roof was a challenge as there was a lot of repair to be done in addition to the new shingle install - happy to have that all completed. While working around repair jobs and rain, they also were able to coordinate with an HVAC specialist to get some needed work done on our roof top system. Made the whole process easy for us, and they left the site clean and tidy. Definitely recommend them!

A friend recommended Triark Roofing I wanted to get some preventative work done. Jay came out inspected my roof told me what he found gave me quote. The work started they did find more issues not a surprise the roof is 1991. They would send me detailed pictures of the work and any additional stuff that they found and give me a price for the extra work. Looking at all the pictures and the time the crew was at my house I feel the price was more than fair and they did a great job. Everyone at Triark that I talked to the roofers the office people and Jay are extremely nice. They keep you informed what’s going daily no surprises. I highly recommend this Triark for any roofing you might need.

Our roof had dry rot repairs and is a stone-coated steel roof, which I know is more challenging than usual. Despite the complexity of the job and working in over 100-degree weather, they did an outstanding job. It was a very good experience working with Triark Roofing. I had a roof leak and got several estimates to get it fixed. Jay was the only one who went into my very hot attic to check for leaks from underneath. He was able to eliminate leak sources the other roofers were going to charge me for! They came and inspected our roof before we purchased our house. It needed to be replaced. After getting bids from several contractors, Triark’s was the one that seemed like they would do the best job. They were incredibly patient as we slowly moved in, got the solar taken care of, etc. Their communication through the whole process was wonderful. There were a couple of hiccups at the end, but they responded quickly and professionally to our concerns. They genuinely care about leaving their clients with a good product and good customer service. Our new roof is fantastic and we are satisfied with the level of customer service. You won’t be disappointed.

Triark has been amazing! They did a very thorough inspection of our new house, and then made certain everything was fixed and repaired properly. They came out afterwards to re-inspect and make sure everything was perfect. They found some things then that I never noticed, and they quickly got to it and got it done. They communicated clearly, and had great customer service. If you want someone to do it right the first time, and have the integrity to stand behind their work, this is it. I plan to use them again for future regular inspections on my roof to keep it in top condition.

Triark was great. Called them with a leak in my bedroom and they were able to come out early, quickly patch the broken tile so we could make it through the storms. They do a detailed job order with photos of before and after. They came out and luckily spotted another issue which was easily repaired during the scheduled repair of the roof area. They were quick and even cleaned my backyard of debris (including some that was left from trees). We had another leak right after and they came back out and discovered another issue that was there when the house was built and roof installed! Luckily it was an easy fix and we caught it early enough.

I can't say enough praise for these guys and Levi (who came out and did the inspection, patches, and fix)!!! I'm glad that the other company who I originally called was not going to be able to come out till after the storms because I would have never found these guys.

Triark recently completed a fairly major roof repair on my home, and they did a fantastic job! Their inspection of the problem and the solutions they provided were top notch. In fact, previous repair attempts had failed, and they came at it as a long term fix, rather than a short term patch. Much appreciated, and I highly recommend Triark!

We had a fairly complex roof replacement job. Triark was great. They did a terrific job of explaining each step and checking in. They took steps to ensure the roof removal did not damage surrounding landscaping. The price was fair and well documented. The work was very high quality. We recommend them without reservation.

My experience with Triark Roofing was exactly what I was looking for. Starting with a small roof leak repair during a downpour, Levi sold me with his knowledge and ingenuity in fixing such a small project. But he treated as if is was an important project. At that time, he mentioned that we had more issues that would need to be addressed (like a new roof - which we knew we would need). A few months later we were selecting roofing materials and heading toward installation. There were a couple of hiccups on the first couple of days but Jay (the owner) personally contacted us to ensure that everything was taken care of. In the end we got a great roof, with great customer service, and it was a totally satisfying experience. I cannot recommend Triark more more highly!

After getting five roofing bids I picked Triark Roofing the quote was done by Jay Hancock it was the most expensive one but I thought it was the most accurate. I checked all the licenses and the Better Business Bureau everything was up to date. They took care of all the permit papers and had them posted on the front of my home as stated by law.
My home is a ranch style with a low-pitch roof there isn’t an attic and the roof was 25+ years old also there were many areas of dry rot. In other words a lot of work to be done.
My immediate contact was the crew supervisor Larry Topov he was checking on the progress everyday. Also very easy to contact if he wasn’t physically at my home. He’s a polite and intelligent man with an excellent work ethic. Anytime I had a question he would always explain the reason why something was happening. When more dry rot was found I was immediately told and pictures were taken so I could see. There was a line item in the contract stating how much this would cost so there weren’t any surprises. The update to the contract was done immediately and sent to me. The crew showed up on time each day and worked hard. Just wanted to thank them again for the great job.
There were some problems. A sub contractor delivered roofing supplies and put them on my garage roof. My garage roof is just plywood so it’s not super strong, well the extra weight of the supplies pushed my roof down enough to cause my garage door to break when I tried to open it. Called Larry he came right over and arranged for someone to fix it the next day. Triark and their employees are very good at customer service. All problems solved quickly.

I collected a total of nine estimates for a new roof after my home insurance cancelled me because my roof was “too old”. Triark roofing was the most thorough estimate and the most transparent. At first glance, his was one of the priciest but this was because he was so honest in it and wrote down every scenario (whether we needed new gutters, whether we would need new sheathing, etc). No other company was as honest. We knew the job would be done correctly with Triark Roofing and in the end, the price was the best since we did need new sheathing and had already prepared ourselves for that cost. They were willing to work with our very tight insurance deadline and they were super fast without compromising quality. Even our neighbors commented how impressed they were by the work done. Highly recommend!

We just finished our repairs with Triark and were very pleased. Justin came out and did an estimate which was the best both from the standpoint of price and the extent of the work. Several other companies were out and they wanted to do extensive work which Justin did not feel was necessary or appropriate. He is specially trained for tile roofs. I would not hesitate in recommending Triarc if you need roof repairs. They are excellent to work with and have great customer service.
