Milton did two different concrete jobs for me. Each time him and his crew showed up on time and finished the job on time. They did a great job at a fair price. They built two redwood gates for me that are well constructed and I'm sure will last a long time without any problems. I need a new wood fence and will have Milton do that for me. Would highly recommend Milton to my neighbors, friends and relatives.

Milton and his crew were very thorough and professional. I plan on using him again for multiple projects coming up in the near future with my adu projects.

This past month, I chose Milton and his crew for my concrete retaining walls, driveways, walkways, and rebuilding my automatic sprinklers/irrigation system projects, mainly because I felt Milton was patiently listening and taking his time to understand the smaller details of the projects that were very important to me.

What I liked about Milton and his crew, and why I think they are responsible and professional:
- Milton communicates well in general and shows up on-time. Good communication makes my ongoing projects feel valued and prioritized.
- Sometimes it was hard to predict which days would actually rain this month, and they were able to be flexible with their schedule when the weather looked good enough to continue.

Services done by Milton and his crew this past month:
- Retaining wall and old concrete demolition and removal.
- New concrete retaining walls, driveways, walkways.
- Replaced my automatic sprinklers/irrigation control valves.
- Rearranged sprinklers/irrigation piping.
- Replaced the box enclosures in the ground that housed the sprinklers/irrigation control valves, pipes, and wiring.

When I called and ask for the services they advertised, they said they only do maintenances. Misleading ad!

Liberty Lawn is professional, knowledgeable and reliable. They dethatched, aerated, and over seeded our lawn and provided detailed information for watering, fertilizing and cutting our lawn. Luke even checked our lawnmower, adjusted the cutting hight and recommended sharping the blade because he noticed the quality of the blade cuts on our grass.
