Jay and his team did a great job on a tricky roof. We have steep grades, crazy angles, and even a flat roof portion. They came in and knocked it out of the park. Worked well with the other contractors who were involved in our large exterior remodel. Great communication, efficiency, and quality. Highly recommend Tri-Ark.

Triark Roofing did a phenomenal job replacing the roof at my business which is a small 100 year old house. They were very accommodating with my schedule to start the process when we were not open for business. Then, they were able to complete the job during times that we were seeing clients. They were safe and courteous to our clients. They cleaned up well after every day of work which was imperative as this is a business with a lot of foot traffic. The process was explained well and they were able to handle some unforeseen issues without a delay in the project. The roof looks great and the process was pretty painless. They are a local business and I would recommend them for any roof project.

Levi Hancock was very knowledgeable. Helps,tremendously when you've done roofing repairs for years. Bid was very thorough with photos detailing the repairs needed. Photos taken during the repair were detailed. Also very prompt with bid, had it next day. Scheduling repairs very prompt.

Jay, Levi, Jose, Miguel, and the rest of the Triark team did an outstanding job on my roof—from start to finish. About two years ago, they came out to repair a smaller leak, and I was very impressed with their work. So when my 20-year-old roof started showing more serious issues (including two larger leaks), I didn’t hesitate to call them back for a full roof makeover.

This time around, I decided to go all-in, and their quote was very reasonable for the scope of work. During the project, they also discovered several underlying issues from the original roof construction. Fortunately, they were able to address those problems without going over budget—something I really appreciated.

As an example, I’ve included two photos of a common problem area: the old flat metal valley flashing. It was clogged with leaves and debris, which often leads to leaks. I chose to upgrade to a 5-crown valley flashing with raised ridges to help prevent that kind of buildup in the future. The before-and-after speaks for itself.

I’m completely satisfied with the work Triark did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

When I met with Jay, the owner of the company, I was very impressed with his presentation. He conducted a thorough inspection of my roof and provided me with photos of the damaged areas. He explained exactly why my roof needed to be replaced vs. repaired, and how the job would be done. He also provided me with samples of the different roofing products.

Rather than throwing out a replacement cost on the spot, he returned to his office and prepared a very detailed report. His report covered every aspect of the project from start to finish as well as a breakdown of all charges.

His installation crew did an outstanding job! They showed up on time everyday. They were professional, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. Also, at the end of each work day, they thoroughly cleaned up the area before departing for the day.

Finally, during my initial meeting with Jay, he said something that really stuck with me. Jay said whether you decide to go with us or another company, I want you to have as much information as possible to make your final decision. That really resonated with me.

We needed some of our roof tiles replaced. I called Triark and they setup a free estimate appointment. They came and did a detailed report. Very professional service. I even asked them to breakup the job in 2 parts and they did it. Very accommodating to my needs. On the day of appointment crew came in on time and they were really friendly and fast. Work completed fast and they cleaned up the area afterwards. I was impressed with the great friendly service and very professional crew. I highly recommend these guys. They know what they are doing.

Triark did a fine job building a new roof for me. They were very thorough and professional, taking the process through stages. They did site surveys, explained what needed to be done, and how they were going to do it. The job lasted five days, an accurate time estimate on their part. They were neat and clean about their work, and always took care of any debris at the end of the day. Very well done and I have a nice new roof. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. They went above and beyond my expectations. Jay was the only roofer that did a thorough inspection inside and out of my home and got exact details of everything that needed to be done. I had 6 other roofers come and they barely looked at the house and some didn't even come, they used a “online” view to look at my house. The quote was in full detail of everything that was to be done. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive but they definitely exceeded everything I wanted to be done. I waited a year before posting this review to make sure everything was solid and leak free. I am 100% satisfied and would recommend Triark to any of my family and friends. The Triark team was top notch. Their initial inspection report that came with the estimate was thorough and informative, and their price was competitive even with a more thorough scope of work in the estimate than some of the other companies we received estimates from. Communication through the process was clear and the crew did a great job keeping our property clean as they wrapped up each day on the job. A roof is a big investment and I feel very confident in the work and product delivered by Triark.

We just had Triark in to inspect and repair our 50 year roof. We were fortunate to have the owner perform the original inspection. He was thorough, informed and took time to show me what he found. Jay came out and did roof inspection for a leak that I had when a storm came through about a month ago. Jay found the leak area and located another leak potential leak problem. My friend Carol referred me to Triark Roofing after a successful repair job they did.
Jeff, the young owner made the estimate & I checked with my church friend, Jeremy to see if it was in line with what he paid for a similar job on his home. It was similar.
The job proceed w/ a couple months scheduling delay. I drove to their work location, saw that Triark had a few new trucks, a sparse indoor space, met some of the crew (mostly Ukrainian) & was favorably impressed. Jeff advised I‘d need to put 40% down @ the start of the job & the rest @ the end after the county inspection.
Just b/4 work began, I wanted to see what the roof color would look like on my house, Malarkey, the product manufacturer, has an online app where one can upload a photo of their house & the program will change the old roof color to one of their line of colors. This was a cool game changer as it allowed me to see how each color might look on my actual house.
Because the two workers who did all the work didn’t speak much English, Jeff has an liason person, Larry who came by most days & thoroughly answered all my questions. It took six working days to complete my 1469 sq. ft.
home. Triark Roofing is professional & easy to work with. Larry said my new roof (one of the cheapest shingle types) should last 20 - 25 years & if anything goes wrong (such as springing another leak) Triark will make it right.
