George is extremely thorough and all work was completed on time (installing ceiling fans, can lights, LED's) and looks fantastic! He even came back a couple months later to fix something and would not accept any money from us. Best electrician out there!

Due to these emergencies, the owner company came out as soon as he could making sure I was safe prior to hanging up. Mike, repairman, was very pleasant. Needed new GFI and he was done in 20 minutes. Late for appointment time as street name was misspelled and he was having trouble through GPS but not a problem. I would recommend Mister Sparky.

I had the privilege to have the owner himself Mr. Jose Flores to do some small repairs/replacements. What a pleasurable experience. He is a professional and is knowledgeable.

They use AI to answer their calls and schedule appointments. It's very creepy.

Additionally, their ad says they are open 24/7, but couldn't help me for two days. Waiting two days is not emergency service.

They went above and beyond to resolve my electrical issue. They were accommodating and came the same day. When I began calling looking for an electrician, I faced unprofessional responses and also no returned calls when I was told someone would call me back. All of the staff at Mister Sparky were professional, respectful and competent. I highly recommended Mister Sparky.

Wired a line for a new hot tub. Their technician Alfredo was professional, on time and did good work. He even filled up the hot tub to ensure everything was correct. They even gave me a bottle of champagne to celebrate the new hot tub which I thought was classy. Definitely recommend.

Update: When I put down 10% (approx $170) before work began, technician tried to bill my card $1,800+ instead. Luckily this was declined as my account was very new, and I looked past this as a simple mistake. However, yesterday (4 months later) I get a call saying I owe $1,800+ and I never paid for the work. This caused me to waste an hour of my time calling an old bank and going through statements from 4 months ago, to find I paid. I also later found a receipt showing I paid in full after work was done and the final work was approx $1,700 not $1,800+.

In short, Mister Sparky first tried to grossly overcharge me for a down payment and then later claimed I never paid them, when I infact did. When I called the person back and explained all this.. there was no apology or acknowledgment of their mistakes.. nothing. It just seems more shady than accidental!
