I had some electrical issues at my house that Jimmy was able to resolve quickly and professionally. It’s usually a nightmare dealing with people, but he made it easy and he worked around my schedule so that my family wasn’t even home at the time he had to shut off our power to complete the work. Great experience and now I know who to call and recommend next time I need some power!

Jimmy is a great electrician and a great guy. I had the pleasure of working with him on commercial jobs for many years. He’s knowledgeable, responsible, and easy to get along with. I will happily continue to refer him to friends and clients in the future for their electrical needs, knowing that he will always take care of them.

James and his crew are the best. first of all they did a great job putting in can lights in my master bedroom, guest room , office closet, and installed 2 switches for alexa and a breaker in my panel box. The whole crew was very profesional and cleaned everything up as you would expect. James returned all of my calls and texts in a timely manner. I have used them twice and will be my go to electrician from here on out thank's again guy's. I would indeed recommend them for your future electrical needs.

I hired James and Josh to upgrade the electrical panel on my house after the original was ripped off from a huge, fallen oak limb. Coming from out of state, I set up an appointment for James to check the damage. I appreciated his timely responses to my texts. This was a complicated emergency situation and James helped me navigate my way with the SMUD process.

Though I had to wait a week to start get the job done, James got started immediately searching for the needed supplies (which can be hard to find during this pandemic). He pushed for the permit to avoid further delays. The day of service, he and his crew showed up right on time. They worked hard and didn’t break until the job was done. James, Josh and a third person were efficient and professional. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the work being done. James even texted me later to make sure the SMUD crew had arrived to get my power restored.

So often it’s difficult to find good workers. There were no surprises with the cost of my repairs. James remained true to his bid. I will keep JMK Electric in my contacts for future references. Good job, guys! Thanks so much! 👍

I had a great experience with James. He is professional, punctual, very responsive, and very fast.
I had an issue with main circuit breaker and was fully or partially without power for a couple of weeks. James responded right away when I contacted him, and replaced the breaker within 1 week as it required coordination between PG&E, City inspector and break supplier - otherwise would have done it much quicker.
Stayed connected and gave me plenty of advice on how to not get into the issue again in the future, what to do in the interim, etc. Very happy with the service and have his number on the "speed dial".

This is by far the best company I have had a pleasure to work with. I always look for a local and a family own business. James from JMK is a very knowledgable electrician and was able to explain the scope of work just based on pictures. He is also most reasonably priced. He and his father did the job clean, well and fast with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend!

I received a referral to JMK Electric through Next Door which I find to be consistently reliable. JMK did not disappoint. I had a problem with a flashing LED light and I requested a service call since the light was fairly new.
I thought the wiring was the problem. Instead of dispatching a tech, JMK trouble shooted my issue over the phone and I was able to fix it without having an electrician come out to the house. JMK not only didn't charge me, they followed up with me to see if the problem was resolved. There are not many businesses' today that provide such exceptional service. I couldn't recommend these guys any higher and I have had two experiences with them, both outstanding.

Contracted for a EVSE install. Scheduled appointment was missed by 2 hours. Office rarely returns calls or emails. Plot plan for install was incorrect. Weeks have gone by and I still haven't received in the mail my paperwork for the permit approval. Can not recommend at this time.

Phil Haupt Electric did a wonderful installation of a 14-50 outlet for my Tesla. They did great work and were reasonable priced. They actually saved me hardware and installation costs by discouraging me from using the higher output Tesla HPWC. That decision is not regretted at all.

I used Haupt Electric to install a 32-amp EV charger at my house and am very happy with the work. Becky was a pleasure to deal with in getting it arranged and their tech was very thorough and professional. He even took the time to discuss with me another electrical problem I was having and offered a solution that I used to fix it myself. I will definitely keep them in mind for future electrical work.
