I've had service with this company for 8 years. Had a few bumps along the way, but as soon as they assigned Damien as our regular servicing provider, the service has been outstanding. Damien has resolved all our pest issues at hand, and works diligent to work on others. He is patient, friendly, and most of all takes the time to hear our needs all while taking action to resolve! Communication is always a 100% with him.

Ben continues to provide excellent service to our home for years now. He’s so knowledgeable and helpful - we always learn fascinating insect facts from him!

We have been with AIP for many years now and Rob is the best Technician. He always reminds me that my service is due and if I have a certain bug issue he will ask me to take a photo of the bugs in question and sent it to him so he can properly treat for that certain bug. He’s always on time! And rarely do I have a bug problem. He’s very thorough and always moves my grandkids scooters out of the way and when we had dogs, he would move the water dish up and out of the way. I highly recommend this company!

Ben is excellent! He takes great care in managing the pesticides and is always very responsive should we need any extra service. We are lucky to have him assist us.

Sam is very thorough. Never rushes explaining treatment plans to us, and next steps. If we have questions, he is very communicative and responsive over the phone. We got great pest control for him, and chose to use Advanced IPM for our business, as well.

Michael was very thorough in his inspection upon booking rodent service. He explained in detail what he was doing as well as the reasons for following the outlined protocol. He seems to have a deep understanding of many areas of pest control. He not only gave us insight into our possible rodent issue but also gave advice on how to prevent other potential pests in the future. Highly recommended!
