I’ve been a customer of Advanced Integrated Pest for almost 7 years (across 2 separate properties). Great services, reasonably priced. Rob has been absolutely amazing He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and respectful, and goes above and beyond to ensure I’m good with the services he provides to keep my home safe and free of pests. He checks in, texts ahead of appointments, and follows up. He genuinely cares and it shows, which is truly rare these days and much appreciated!!!

Rodrigo continues to impress with his outstanding work ethic, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients. His dedication was especially evident during our recent mice remediation, where he came in on two consecutive weekends to ensure the problem was fully resolved. This level of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about his sense of responsibility and pride in his work.

This company recently bought the small pest control company we’ve used for years and I was concerned about getting less than personal service, but nothing has changed. Our service tech, Dave, has been in the industry for many years and is very professional as well as friendly and kind. I appreciate a job well done but even more so by someone who genuinely cares about their clients!

Matthew with Advanced Integrated Pest Management just did a routine service at our home. He's been servicing our home for several years and he is really a great guy. He does an outstanding job -- he is quick and thorough and always pleasant. On occasion he has pointed out areas of concern to help avoid issues. Would recommend Advanced Pest Management to anyone.

Joey always goes above and beyond to make sure our pest concerns are addressed even if that means making a special trip to our home. He’s also very good about notifying us of plans to come service our home days in advance and is very flexible if we need to have him come out on a different day. By far the best tech we’ve had with Advanced since the contract inception 12 yrs ago!

Matthew has always been very friendly, informative, gets the jobs done, and is nice to our dog when he happens to be running around like a crazy guy when he comes for service. He has helped us with a wasp issue, a mouse issue, and cockroaches in the garage. I’m very glad we started service with Advanced IPM.

Been with Ben at Advanced Integrated Pest for about a decade now. Have had such a great experience. Since we started with them, rarely do we get many bugs irritating us - inside OR outside. We did have a mice/rat issue awhile back, but it was completely dealt with in a swift & professional manner. Ben is friendly, trustworthy (as he sprays in our otherwise locked backyard) and is just a good guy. Cannot recommend them/him enough.

Andrew does a great job. He always texts me the night before he comes to service our home, and always rings the bell when he arrives to ask if there’s any special needs we have before he begins. Always professional and polite. He’s a great customer service rep and a great technician as well.

Dillion was AMAZING. I had a rattle snake in my garage and he was able to identify it was gone. He gave me a lot of great tips to make my yard safer. I highly recommend their services!

So appreciative of the fast service and knowledgeable insight for my rooftop pigeon issue. Our solar panels gap made a great place to nest. Netting was professionally installed to keep them out. Service was prompt, professional and ready to answer any questions. 30 years in business says something. Very grateful.

Dillion arrived swiftly to assist us with a small reptile removal. He was pleasant, communicative, direct and honest. He reviewed other parts of the house for any unwanted guest especially looking in the garage and backyard. He gave us several recommendations that will help us manage any possible future pest issues. We enjoyed working with him and will call on him again in the future when similar needs arise.

I have used them twice now. First time Dylan removed raccoons and fixed the area they were hiding. Today, Dylan helped me trap a feral, sick cat. Excellent service and quick response time.

Creature Catcher Wildlife Management was AWESOME!!! They removed a dead animal from the attic of our business. They were very responsive, show up when they said they would. Dylan was very polite, clean and professional. I would highly recommend them!!!

We highly recommend this company. When I first called regarding my concerns, he was so helpful & asked me questions to get the best solution. His son, Dylan called me within 30 minutes to schedule an appointment & came out the very next morning. He took care of our problem & some other things as well. This Father/Son duo is not only very kind, but very knowledgeable & speedy.

Dylan did a great job! He inspected the crawl space of my home and sealed openings. Although, traps were set nothing was caught but unlike other companies, these guys checked on the traps every day and removed the traps within the week.

Dylan did a great job sealing off our shed to prevent skunk and an opossum from living under there. Very professional very neat and very secure. No more skunk under our shed. Definitely would hire him again.

This is a great company to work with. I was hired by this company to do some green waste removal. Dylan was my point of contact who was very professional, responsive, and great to work with! He even paid upfront for the job I didn’t even start on ! Not too many people are willing to do that ! Great job ! You earned my trust ! Looking forward working with you again !

Dylan is top notch. Prompt, reliable service. He had to make multiple trips and kept me up to date on what work needed to be done to exclude the skunks that were taking up residence in our crawl space. I will call him again when the need arises.

Had a rat problem in my home that was a major headache, spent a lot of money getting work done on my house & they were still getting in! Dylan responded so quickly to set up an inspection & was able to come out SAME DAY to get the rat exclusion work done at a totally reasonable price! To this day, still haven’t had any rat issues. Very grateful to have found this great company for a second opinion!
