The Moon Valley crew was exceptional. Very professional and tidy. I did not have to clean up after anyone. I will certainly use Moon Valley again. Salesperson, Angelina Gonzales and Manager Sean Neylon were supportive in helping me select trees, and followed up after the planting. A very good company. We are lucky to have them here.

We were down visiting family for the holidays and needed one last present for Christmas. Marco Ruiz walked us right to the trees we wanted, carried it to the front and helped us loaded it up! Ask for him for the best expertise in landscape designs! :)

It was my first time here. They have a nice selection of mature trees. We ended up getting a pot to replace one that broke in the storm. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Mr. Costa at Moon Valley nursery was very kind, informative and helpful. He helped us find what we were looking for immediately at unbelievable price. I would recommend and definitely come back to this store for buying mature trees and plants. If you don’t want to wait for years for your plants to grow this is the place to go too.

Brent was a huge help! We knew where we wanted to plant but no idea what to plant! He showed us all of the options and we were able to pick the right trees for our space!

Salespersons operate on a commission basis, which can be comparable to the practices of used car salesmen. The type of tree we were considering they had only six available, four of which exhibited damage to the trunk that extended beyond the two layers of bark and into the cambium layer. The salesman informed me that this was not a significant issue and suggested diluting white latex paint to apply it. While I intended to correct him, I ultimately decided to let it go. Diluted latex paint is primarily used to prevent sunburn on the trunks of most fruit trees, rather than as a means of healing damaged trunks.
Additionally, I encountered other false statements made by the salespersons. I am not an amateur in this field; I am a professional landscaper who possesses a deep understanding of my responsibilities.
While some of their plants and trees are aesthetically pleasing, their prices are excessive. I advise caution when shopping and refrain from purchasing their Moon Juice liquid fertilizer. They assert that it will not harm plants, which is true since it is diluted and lacks any special properties. Upon reviewing the label, I found it to be unimpressive.

This place is awesome! Slater who helped me out was very welcoming and professional, and gave great advice on how to care for the plants I bought as well. I will be back for sure as they had the most healthy, lush looking house plants I’ve ever seen for the price in the area!

Visited Moon Valley Nurseries today and it was fantastic. I can say I was pretty excited to see a new plant store opening and it did not disappoint. You are greeted by giant metal dino statues at the entrance. There are more stunning giant yard decor options inside, along with tiny options too. The variety of tree options, size and variety, is excellent. The staff is all very welcoming and friendly. John greeted us when we entered and gave us a farewell when we left. He was informational on how we could care for our existing plants with specific fertilizers or nutrients for growth and non growth seasons. Overall, 10 / 10 will be visiting again.

Cameron was an awesome help finding the right pots for our replant and setting us up with our new lemon tree. They also were super tolerant of our kids running around having fun in the nursery!

Angelina & Brent were very helpful. The white glove service they provided in obtaining our Citrus tree was 2nd to none. Thank you for the service and the great tree.

Brent helped me select several citrus trees for size and shape and explained the process for planting to ensure success. Enjoyed the process. Will be back for more garden shrubs.
