Just had Acorn Arboricultural out again to prune 3 trees in my backyard. I have been using them for several years to trim trees in the front and back yards and have found them to be honest,reliable,knowledgeable and always on time. They always provide an estimate in writing and stick to it when they do the work. They actually prune my trees to stay healthy not just chop them up like a bunch of cowboys with chain saws. They listen to what I want done,make recommendations,and clean up after themselves. I could not be happier with their service and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

7-2025 Robert installed 2 new stakes per tree for 2 backyard trees and applied new ties perfectly fine. He brought pole stakes, however, at least one cracked upon initial installation so he went to a local garden store to buy 1-2 new poles. He hauled away the old poles and was respectful of exsiting landscape in the work area.
9-2025 Victor planted a small 15-gal olive tree and staked it + ties and did a fine job and respectful of nearby irrigation and plant material. He also re-staked and added a 3rd stake + ties w/o charge to 2 backyard trees previously re-staked in July.
12-2025 Victor restaked + ties a front yard tree and, as usual, did a fine job and respectful of nearby irrigation and other plants.

Arborist Wayne has been out several times over 2.5 yrs to diagnose and recommend handling wierd tree issues.

I’m appalled by the blatant disrespect this company demonstrated to my elderly parents. Yesterday, while working on the next door neighbor’s property, the work crew cut a branch that fell and damaged their fence. When my father tried talking to a crew member he was ignored and the crew left. He then tried calling the office for assistance and was told by a rude receptionist that the company provides tree service not fence repair. This is deplorable, low class and disgraceful! Find another service company to provide your tree services, don’t hire these bums!

We had concerns about roots from a tree in our backyard, and Wayne from Acorn Arboricultural Services found and severed several roots. After he was done, you would have never known he had cut into the turf. It looked completely uninterrupted.

Acorn takes care of my redwood trees. They fertilize, deep water, and treat for blight/fungus. These redwoods provide privacy from a public bridge and their health is important to me. I trust Acorn to keep them alive and well for me! Thank you! Great service as always!

Acorn has cared for our trees for years. We first found them when one of our pine trees developed an infection from being overcrowded. They had to remove it, but now they work to protect our other pine trees on a regular basis. They care about all our trees, are knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. Very friendly folks. They love that we let our leaves stay on the ground, and that we have drip irrigation lines. I highly recommend Acorn.
