was referred from roseville chamber, was able to get to us next business day (was willing to come on saturday but we weren't able to open the building on saturday) was cost effective. I've had too many people want to just sell us a new unit. has a personality and will tell you what is going on as well.

Our AC went out and it is supposed to be over 100°. He came out same day appointment and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Awesome experience, super friendly well definitely use again.

Juliano Galanti was nice and super responsive to my service request. He fit me into his schedule right away. I would use him in the future and recommend him to others.

He was on time and fixed the issue so quickly! He was referred by a friend and came the next day and got our HVAC up and running again!! Highly recommend!

Juliano Romano was prompt and efficient. We have a swamp cooler that had not had any cleaning for years. Infested with black mold, the chances of us becoming very ill were high. He thoroughly cleaned, fumigated and made the cooler like new. The air blowing in to our home is great now. Thank you, Romano

Our air conditioner was not cooling. Romano’s came out incredibly fast and was able to diagnose and repair the issue just as fast. This was our 2nd time using them and we will use them again without hesitation.

I had a broken AC that wouldn’t blow cold air. Romano came out the same day and fixed the issue. He knows his stuff and is friendly! I will be using him again. I highly recommend him.

Our air conditioner was circulating air that smelled of smoke. Called and spoke with Juliano, who was so professional, kind and responsive. This, of course, occurs when we have 104 degree heat. UGH was horrible in the house despite all of our fans! Came out right away, and diagnosed the problem. He and Rick came out and replaced our A/C unit and the unit in attic, as well as had to redo the electrical. They did a WONDERFUL job, and we are SO grateful for their service!!!

Juliano from Romano HVAC came by today and diagnosed/fixed our AC problem incredibly fast, he not only fixed the issue but also fixed a few other preventative items to make sure we were set for the long run... he didn't have to do that, because these other items had no financial benefit to him or the company (he did it because it was the right thing to do.) p.s. He did all of this considering he's outside in the heat making sure we get taken care of.... and cherry on top was he was cool as heck to deal with. Highly recommended this company, and Juliano is top tier. (p.s. South Placer said it would take 1 week before THEY could come out to fix our A/C lol, no thanks South Placer, we'll go with Romano HVAC)

Ramano HVAC did an amazing job. I have heat sensitive animals and was worried about someone coming in a timely manner because my AC was not coming on. I heard from them early this morning and he was out in under 2 hours. He was professional, concerned about doing things right and got my system up and running in under an hour. I cannot be more happy...what a relief. I would definitely use them again! :)

Juliano was incredible, great professional with an even better attitude. AC went out at night and Juliano came over after 9pm, no problem! He went through every step of troubleshoot to diagnose the problem…it was more apparent to me how much he cared and wanted to support and see our smile, especially our kids!!
