Very responsive and Juliano takes the time to walk you through every step of the way as he troubleshoots your system. I have used Romano twice and been very happy with their customer service.

I called because we have had trouble with our system for several years. We know we need a new system but explained we needed to limp it by for a year or two if possible. He sealed the leak, (we asked several other companies and they refused) filled with Freon and we are back in business. We know it’s not a permanent solution but I appreciated that he explained everything, didn’t try to push a new unit on us and knew his stuff. He tested everything. Would highly recommend this company! I will definitely go back when I need another service or I finally replace the unit with a new one.

As always, Romano HVAC delivers. Prompt, respectful and knowledgeable.
November 2023 update:
While Juliano was at our home performing his bi annual inspection and service he noticed a very small crack in two wires inside of the thermostat. This could likely cause a short at sometime in the near future.

Mr. Romano was professional, polite, and hard working when fixing our home air conditioner. His fair prices and expertise were noted. We would highly recommend him for getting your repairs done correctly and in a timely manner.

Excellent service! An honest and dependable company, Juliano is very knowledgeable, friendly and will take great care of you. I was so impressed with his ability to figure out the issue my AC unit so quickly and have the problem resolved.

A fuse blew on our AC unit and caused the HVAC system to short out Sunday night. I called Romano Hvac because of the 5 Star ratings across the board. I called Juliano at 6:30 am Monday morning and he answered the phone immediately. I explained our situation and asked if he could come out this morning. He was at my house at 10:30 am. He took a look for maybe 10 minutes and found the short and within the hour he was done. Juliano was friendly , approachable and Professional. Juliano wore coverings on his work boots that he put on in the house and took off when he went outside. If ever we need HVAC repair again, Romano Hvac is who we will call again.

I phoned Mr Romano in the morning and he promised he’d arrive at 3:30. He was early. Detected the fact the compressor was not on. Quickly removed a faulty capacitor for a minimal amount of money $150 plus the service call fee of $125. I highly recommend this company. He could have told me anything. Very hones and up front. When the AC/Heating unit on the roof stopped working, I called a friend of a friend, and wasted $100 for the issue to be misdiagnosed. After looking at other reviews, I decided to go with Romano HVAC, and I wish I'd called Juliano first. Professional, courteous, and an amazing work-ethic. As we're headed into Winter, with a small child in the house, I didn't want to have to wait six weeks for the parts we needed for repairs. Luckily, Juliano was willing to get up on the roof, in the rain, and take care of it. He even managed to source the parts and come back an hour later to finish the job. 10 out of 10, would definitely call Romano HVAC if I ever needed anything else in the future.

It was 113 degrees out when our AC died. It was going to be a long hot night.

I had called several AC repair companies and no one could commit to coming out quickly. I understood, it was 5 pm on a Tuesday in the middle of a major heatwave. What can I say, it died when it died.

We talked while he was picking up dinner for his family. I explained the symptoms and he said he would call me back.

He did. 10 minutes later he said he was on his way. He arrived, climbed up on the roof and quickly determined that it was just a blown fuse.

He got a replacement from his truck and we were blowing cold air 5 minutes later.

Big thanks to Romano HVAC. He turned a bad situation good in record time.

Romano truly went above and beyond for me! After an initial inspection, the problem was diagnosed quickly and efficiently. The tech informed me of the problem and said that a part would need to be ordered. Less than an hour later (!) he returned with the part. He then proceeded to climb up on my roof, in the rain no less, to fix it. Juliano was professional, knowledgeable and efficient! I am so grateful!

I have to say, I don't generally write reviews but in this case on a day like today with temps over 105, Juliano from Romano HVAC was not only professional, but extremely responsive to our situation. The other company's response to our AC not functioning was, well we are scheduling two weeks out.... Thank you Juliano and Romano HVAC for being so responsive and great work.

My AC was not cooling in this extreme heat. Romano HVAC was lightening fast and arrived in 1 hour. Provided fast, honest and professional service, explaining things in simple and easy to understand terms. Now my AC is cooling the house like when it was new! The price was reasonable and he's a helluva nice guy to boot!!

Juliano came out less than 2 hours of contacting me! I am so grateful and thrilled during this heat wave. My A/C quit last night and he came out this afternoon after my home warranty company assigned it to him. He knew right away what was wrong and replaced the capacitor within minutes, got my A/C working again!!!! I'm so happy with his service and professionalism! I highly recommend Romano HVAC!

Our AC decided to go out a week before triple digits. I made a social media inquiry for HVAC specialists in the area and Juliano reached out immediately. He talked me through our issues and showed up within the hour.

He was professional, efficient, and SO kind. I will not go with anyone else!

I was out of town today and my daughter called and said the AC wasn’t working. It was 100 degrees today and the house temp was climbing fast. I called a couple AC places and left messages. After not receiving a call back and worried no one would make it out today, I called Romano HVAC. He answered right away and said he could send someone out by the end of the day. They came out found the problem and got us back up and running. Fair pricing and fast response is what we got with Romano.
I definitely recommend using them.

Giuliano is extremely good with HVAC repair and upgrades. We got the Nuve thermostats as part of their service too! The house is finally cool after our zone board died for the third time in 1.5 years... should be fixed for good!

He did a great job and he updates me on what’s going on and how long it will take and he cleans up after he is done.
