Scott and Anthony are both exceptional at their craft. Their customer service, along with Brittany at the front desk, was exceptional. In a world where you feel sometimes that human kindness has dissipated in business, elite fireplace proves otherwise. They are responsive, they follow through, and never finish until the job is done. I will never call anyone else to service my fireplace.

19 years passed since we purchased our home and I felt it was time to have our gas fireplaces serviced. Did a Google search for my area, and chose Elite Fireplace & Dryer Vent Services based solely on all the positive reviews. Incredible experience from scheduling to the actual service. Our tech Alex was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and always put on/took off shoe booties when entering/exiting our home. Our fireplaces were completely cleaned and serviced, and now look just like they did when we first moved in. I’d give 10 stars if there was the option!

Just had my 50 yr old fireplace inspected by Rusty. I moved onto my house a year ago and wanted it inspected before I started using it. Good thing I did because it would have been a fire hazard! He showed me all the cracks and holes in the mortar and explained what all the issues were with pictures. VERY thorough inspection. Now I know what my options are if I want to make it safe to use. Well worth the money!

I'm going to be straight honest. Probably one of the few low star reviews I've given.

Pros:
They are probably the place to call if you are in escrow and want to negotiate the price lower with a request for repairs. They have a 375$ inspection service they offer. Well detailed and photographed.

Cons:
- I wanted a quote for a specific set of work I knew needed to be done. Cap replacement and mason fix. I told them I wasn't prepared to pay for an estimate. So they agreed to come quote just the work I needed.
- Quote included other items (when presented in person)...and was also to the tune of 3 times my other bids. So quite the shock. Never saw the official quote after.
- I'm sure chimney work is quite expensive, my best advice. Get multiple bids. Best guess is you have to start telling each service your previous bid to make sure they don't add a crazy amount of work.

Best technician. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. A true asset to his company. Anthony is the best.

Rusty Webster did my chimney inspection. He was on time, polite, explained things well and answered all of my questions. He explained the recommended repairs, which have not been done yet. He also worked out a solution to keep my house protected until the repairs are done. This level of customer service is fabulous and worthy of a review so others will know Elite is a company with integrity.

Service technician Anthony Wilkie was fantastic. He completed the service on our dryer vent and provided pictures of the completed cleaning. He was great and I highly recommend Elite Fireplace and Dryer cleaning and service. Top notch outfit!

Elite Fireplace came out to do a cleaning and inspection on my fireplace and I am very happy with the service. They were so pleasant on the phone, kept me in the loop on timing and even sent a picture of the technician beforehand so I knew who to expect for safety reasons. The service was very thorough and Anthony was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with all my questions. He took pictures of everything a took the time to talk though everything he found which made me feel good about the service. They found a few things that needed to be fixed and setup an appt right away to get them taken care of. A very pleasant experience!

I live in Roseville, CA, and was looking to get my gas fireplace with logs inspected for safety. After getting the runaround numerous times by other companies, I was referred to a gentleman in Seattle WA who the proceeded to refer me to Elite. Odd but true.

The rest of my story gives the highest compliment to Alex. A detail man he is, does not skimp with his time, and truly took the time to educate me on some concerns and safety issues which indeed need immediate attention. So, do not delay, and make your call to Elite. You will not be disappointed!

Extremely professional organization! Received a text confirming my appointment. Then a text with photo of Alex, who was doing the service. Alex showed up on time and did a very thorough inspection. He explained everything he was doing and all repairs needed. I received a report after by email that explained everything and listed out all costs. It was a bit expensive, but worth every penny! I was very pleased with the service.

Adam and his partner were very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job assessing my fireplace issue and cleaning up afterwards. They gave me options for repair or replacement, which I appreciate. I would definitely use them again.

Rusty was communicative before my appt, he made sure he gave me a 30 minute heads up call so I wasn’t gone from work too long. He was very thorough and professional. Nice job Elite!

Rusty was very professional and knowledgeable. The fireplace inspection and cleaning was thorough. He identified several areas needing work with photos and a good explanation of why it was needed. The estimates by Elite to get them done though were high so we’ll need to think about other estimates.

Great service call on our gas fireplace during renovating the room. Anthony was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Great service bringing our fireplace back to life with a plan on replacing some older parts. Will be working with them in the future

Overall very pleased with assessment and diagnostics on our fairly old electric insert. Alex was our technician and was knowledgeable and professional. Was able to diagnose the issue w the pilot and control board. Kept everything clean. Will update once everything is fixed and in working order (need to wait for parts to show up).

Alex was super nice, and very informative regarding our fireplace needs. He inspected our fireplace and chimney using a camera unit for any defects for our safety. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his job.

I had a comprehensive meeting, conversation with Adam about my fireplace. I live in an old house (built in 1917) that seems to keep "gifting" me with surprises. And while the news Adam delivered about what would be needed to get my fireplace safely up and running wasn't great, I did appreciate his thoroughness, directness, and most of all, professionalism. He clearly knows and enjoys his work... and it came through. I'm happy to highly recommend him and Elite.
