I had a fantastic experience with A1 for my chimney repair! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained the issues clearly, offered a fair estimate, and completed the work on time with great attention to detail.

Owen was great. He called ahead of time like the office said he would and he was on time. He completed the necessary cleaning, provided details on his observations, and cleaned up after the job was done. Very professional, prompt, and courteous.

It’s hard to find good people and trust. I will give Owen a shout out for his amazing customer service and knowledge he brings to his craft. I highly recommend A1 for Fireplace Chimney, Insert & Stoves, Dryer Vents and Window & Door Screens. A1service for sure!!!

Jeremy was great! He explained everything he would do to clean my dryer vent which involved using the ladder to access my roof 2 stories up! When he was finished, he had pictures as well as recommendations for future care of my vent.

A1 is an Excellent Company beginning w/the Inspection. A man named Jeremy, walked me thru the specific repairs I needed to install an Electric Insert. I mean I had multiple questions & Jeremy maintained great patience w/me. Corbin, the Tech who completed the repairs was thorough & answered more of my questions. A-1 had excellent prices, were swiftly available, and also flexible on schedule which was important for me. The inspection was very informative. Jeremy serviced my gas fireplace as well as my dryer. He was meticulous and provided excellent feedback . He additionally checked the roof vents to insure proper sealing and also suggested some additional sealing around my dryer vent. It was excellent service and very professional . I would highly recommend this company !

Owen was very friendly and professional! My appointment window was 8-12 and he called before hand and arrived a little after 9am which was amazing so I could get on with my day. We ended up needing a crack repaired in addition to our cleaning which he was able to fix on the spot. Great company, very happy with them!

Have been using since 2006 and they are still great! Alex & Kyle are very courteous and clean. Everything was explained before and after. Alex in particular is very knowledgeable about roofs as we have delicate tiles and was concerned about breaking some. All is good, he didn't break any tiles that I can see. See you guys in a couple, of years!

Owen and Corbin did a wonderful job. I scheduled a chimney cleaning on my wood stove and they went above and beyond to verify it was thoroughly cleaned. I will be happy to use them again for my next cleaning.

Jeremy was our technician. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a standard cleaning and informed us that a deeper cleaning could be done but with our planned use of our fireplace wasn’t necessary. He gave us a detailed report including photos and prices to take care of small maintenance issues with no pressure to have them taken care of right now (upscale) and I felt comfortable completing them myself
The price for the service was competitive and we got a discount for getting a neighbor serviced on the same day.

The team was straightforward, showed up on time, and offered fair prices without any hidden costs. They told us the installation might take about 6-8 weeks, and right at the 6-week mark, they called to set up the install for the following week. They were clear in their communication, punctual, and made the process very smooth. After everything was set up, we reached out again for help with adjusting the gas logs so the flames would look just right, and they came by promptly to make sure everything worked perfectly.
