Inconsiderate construction company that cares very little for the community it's working in. Jackhammers at 7am 4 days out of the week for a year is enough to drive anyone insane. Water was also shut off without proper warning. Was promised compensation, then promptly forgotten for three months until I asked for it.

The employees don’t practice safe driving habits. During their work on the stretch of Arden between Morse and watt, one of the employees hopped parking lots at Arden Middle school DURING SCHOOL HOURS driving up onto the sidewalk divider in an effort to avoid traffic congestion at the awful intersection known as Arden and Watt. It happens again I’m posting pictures and taking truck numbers. Do better.

These guys/gals are some serious pile driving mofo's! You need pile... they'll drive it. You have the most miserable spot to get to... they'll still do it. Their head Super loves/enjoys ridiculous sites! Heck, you want to stave off the rising ocean levels, they'll Drive pile in the ocean if you call em!! These guys/gals are #1 in my book!

Blue Iron is the best in the business. Their team is professional, hardworking and a pleasure to work with. They always get the job done and understand that working collectively as a team keeps things moving. I highly recommend them on your next job!

Five (5) stars...not enough. I need 10 stars to express our appreciation regarding the quality work you performed in our childcare establishment. Our building looks and feels brand new. You demonstrated professionalism throughout the entire process, and we will always contact you for future needs. Thank you!

I would give less than one star if I could. I am a widowed senior and it has been an exasperating and exhausting 22 months dealing with an apathetic construction owner who had me work with 3 different project managers and essentially having to start over each time. My house caught on fire on June 28, 2023. My insurance declared my house as a large-loss fire and estimated completion of rebuild was 9-12 months. I signed contract on August 23, 2023 and paid $97,500 Right Stone Construction (RSC) to start work on my house. RSC abandoned my house until May 22, 2024. I wish I knew then, what I know now. I would have terminated the contract, but I was afraid I would not get my money back.
RSC rebuilt my house in 7 months. When I moved back in on January 1, 2025, there were many errors and omissions that I had to deal with:
Breaker kept tripping when using microwave. RSC responded, "We spoke with our electrician who performed the work at your house. He told us that 15 amp receptacles on 20 amp circuit are code compliant and this is how it is installed in all new homes now." I hired my own electrician who explained the possible danger of overloading, exploding and causing a fire. I had him fix wiring immediately and called the Sacramento City Building Inspector to inspect what my electrician did. He went further and re-opened building permit regarding receptacles in the kitchen and dining room. My electrician discovered insulation in attic was thin and non-compliant, so the City Building Inspector added correction to re-opened building permit. (picture attached).
Kitchen countertop had to be re-done twice. First time, it looked like a grinder was used on seams. When countertop removed, warped plywood was discovered!! Second time, the all-white countertop pieces did not match (picture attached)
PGE would not turn gas on in my name because final inspection had not been done. Loud knocking noises in attic when water was turned on. Backsplash missing behind stovetop. Cracked tile in master bathroom shower. Shower door not on track guide. Vanity had large scratch. Cracked ceiling in Master bedroom, hallway, and living room. Bedroom and hall shelves above hanging clothes not screwed down. No storage shelves installed in hall closet. Patio door, track and frame not replaced. Shutters for living room and dining room not replaced. Water leak in main bathroom bathtub. Patio light didn’t turn on. Gutter drip at seam (it was still raining a lot). Water leak from rain on Master Bedroom window sill and from track on patio door. Garage Side door would not stay closed. Front entrance door stuck, not replaced.
Ignore "fire catchers" who swarm your house and call your cell phone even before the Fire Fighters get there!!! RSC was at my house early the next morning. I was still traumatized, but agreed to hire RSC because I wanted to be back in my house that I lived in for 40 years as soon as possible. (Fire catcher guy claimed to be a friend of a friend, but that person didn't remember him.)

Unlike me, pause before making huge decision, do your due diligence and research reviews and ask for recommendations and in particular how long company has been in business. Read Contract carefully and do not accept "TBD" for beginning and ending dates of project. Get payment schedule. Read carefully how "Change Orders" require "Written Agreement signed by both parties PRIOR to work being done"; how it amends your original contract, and most important keep copy of signed agreement BEFORE this company submits claim for payment with your insurance company. I learned the hard way that Right Stone Construction does not have the expertise nor respected me as their customer. I have never dealt with a company or organization such as this and I will never recommend Right Stone Construction.

Update, 28 months still not done.

Update January 23, 2026 - Contract not finalized, in arbitration.

Update March 21, 2026. Still no closure. CSLB arbitration.

We had drainage backing up and flooding at our church campus, and we were in touch with Sam from Right Stone for remedying our situation. He was responsive, and Sam, Anthony, and JJ all took care of us and got the drains cleared out and cleaned! The guys worked late and even as it started raining and made sure that the drains were cleared out so we wouldn’t have any more flooding. Thank you Right Stone construction!

I really liked their work. The tile floor was put in well and looks awesome. Communication about times schedules could have been better but I work from home so it didn’t really affect me negatively.

Efficient and kind! That’s the name of the game with Right Stone! We worked with them through ServPro of North Sacramento for smoke damage cleanup and repairs and they were GREAT! Right Stone did our reinstallation of insulation. The crew worked diligently and efficiently and were in and out and left no mess!! Thank you Sam & Anthony!! Great job!! Very pleased customers.
