Pretty subpar work. Lots of things needed to be gone back over and fixed.

Mark III has serviced our plant for over 12 years. They are our number one vendor and keep us running no matter what the problem. We have over 300 employees that count on the Mark III employees to keep the plant up and running. The only downside I have experienced with the Mark III is the delayed response time for service calls on the weekend. They have said they are working to increase their off hours service team.

First time service by Michael Sublaban Service tech Mark 3. He was thorough. Resolved the issue and got our systems up and running. Great work. Thank you

Had an issue with my A/C and Michael Sublaban came by and gave a thorough look and was professional through the whole process. He explained the issues with my A/C unit did some troubleshooting and got the job done. Couldn't ask for a better outcome.
