We had our backyard and front yard done in two separate projects with Palapa Pros. Both projects were completed in a very timely manner and were designed just as we requested. The crew does excellent work and we will be using them for future projects.

These guys are pro’s! Brett was great to work with. Came to our house and gave us a fair and fast quote. He even invited us to his house to see his Palapa set up, which sold my wife on it. Extremely thorough operation. They take care of everything from moving sprinkler system, to pool fence to stamped concrete, it’s a turn key project. Kevin and Ben handled the construction and were first class. All the guys were professional and great to work with. Showed up on time every day and worked through the rainy days as well. The palapa is stunning, can’t wait to crack some cold ones and share it with friends! Thanks Palapa Pro’s!

Our aged palapa was in dire need of a new roof and refinish. Reached out to Brett and received great general feedback on the options available to us and detailed pricing associated with each. We opted for the synthetic thatch, which I would highly recommend over natural. Our palapa looks brand new, with the final work product exceeding our expectations. Palapa Pros is a quality contractor, and I would recommend without reservation. We also ended up engaging Brett on a hot tub (Cal-Spas), which we are also incredibly happy with. Ran into minor issues associated with existing unforeseen conditions during the installation, but Brett came up with workarounds as he was committed to leaving us with a quality product he could stand behind, despite the added hassle. Honesty, integrity, quality, and clear/timely communication are what you can expect when you opt for Palapa Pros/Cal Spas. Thanks Brett and team!

Brett and his team did an amazing job with our Palapa. We had a unique space for its location and I definitely had a few custom components that I wanted to add. Brett incorporated them and even elevated them beyond my vision. This crew was skilled, polite, and respectful cleaning up the space each day after they completed their work. Trust me, Brett's the guy for the job.

No one helped me at all

Amazing store...great Services...friendly and knowledgeable Staff..

First, you come for a great experience. I received very nice and professional customer service inside the store during my appliance purchase. Then, at the day of the scheduled delivery at the end of the day they they call and tell you something broke down. They promise: it will be a priority delivery the next business day, which is the day after Memorial day weekend. So, it turned out, it is not getting delivered again as they promised "priority". I Hope you guys can work it out by my final scheduled delivery date, because your customer satisfaction is drowning to the bottom right now. Terrible customer service representatives, too. They don't speak clearly. Only 1 out of 5 was able to see what's going on. Corporate office needs to hear this. This is not only my personal experience. I have another purchase I can submit my review about. My parents have been waiting since February 2021 until now too for their special bundle delivery. Still haven't received it!!!!! It m

Crew that worked on the insulation were wonderful. Polite, caring, answered all questions and left the place spic and span

However post installation the company does respond as readily as they did before. I have called 3 times once a day for 3 days asking a question and they have told me they will get back to me by 4 pm. I am still waiting!!

This company hands down are AMAZING form explaining the process to installation. Keith really took his time to explain everything. When I had a few issues with my HOA, Ben stepped in to fixed the problems. The installation crew was quick and efficient, 32 windows were in and out in 1 day.
