Nobody care here for help here don’t come bad staff

I do not know how Home Depot survives. Their customer service has always sucked. They have a piss poor training program. I have no idea how they survive.

I typically have great experiences at home depot but today it took over 45 minutes and multiple requests to get assistance to the lumber department only to find out the saw was broken.

If I were to assign a grade to the Window installation project I had with this home depot it would be a D-. From the very beginning I was given the runaround. In the store an associate told me that homedepot did not do window retro-fits. He was wrong and thankfully the assistant manager at the store was able to get the project started for me.

My project coordinator was polite but it was very frustrating trying to get clear information on what was going on with my project. 1st there was a delay in the permitting. Then, when we had an install date scheduled, there was a mix up with the contractor and it had to be rescheduled for another 2 weeks out. On the day of the appointment for install I was notified the window had arrived damaged and had to be reordered. I got the confirmation of it's reorder 2 weeks after I was notified of the damage. Why wasn't it reordered on THE DAY it was found damaged instead of 2 weeks later? All of these delays and communication failures resulted in the project taking over 2 months to complete. This duration of time is completely unacceptable.

Separately, the men who physically carried out the install were professional and quick about their work. Unfortunately they did leave a hammer dent in the wall near the window. It would have been easier to forgive had the man owned up to it and offered to try and fix/patch the wall he damaged. In the future, I would not use homedepot contractor services for a window or door installation project, neither would i recommended a friend use homedepot for their projects

was in there with my kids and some weird dude was taking photos of my kids... only reason I noticed was another shopper warned me of some guy taking photos of his boy which was around the same age... I told a employee about it and was told he was loss prevention and theres nothing he could do.. really weird that lp is taking pictures of little kids and kinda sketchy with all the crazy things going on in the world right now especially when your taking pictures from around a corner and all i see is your phone poking out... definitely will never go to the home depot off howe again. Hopefully this guy isn't a weirdo

I happened to be working on a volunteer project in the area, and needed to do a home depot run. Malcom in the lumber center went out of his way to be helpful and courteous to us despite our need to rush things along. He was great to work with, got us exactly what we needed, and had us back on the road to finish our job in record time.

Inconsiderate of their workers, cut pay and hours to the point of no return. Won't give me my last check, terrible company.

This company is so bad! It doesn't provide janitorial supplies. I know first hand from a good source. The company is on a "tight budget." It pressures janitors to give optimal results with practically water, a bucket and a few rags that are to last forever. This is the reason why germs are spread and so many people get sick. Companies beware and make sure you are getting your money's worth. It isn't fair that janitors have to bring own cleaning supplies from home such as cleaning agents, rags mops, windex and so forth and so on. If you don't believe me keep an eye out. I would stay away from using microwaves. I wouldn't be surprise if the same rags that are used for bathrooms are used for kitchens and offices.

Was contacted about if we wanted to get new windows. A rep was able to come out and give a free estimate. TJ was very personable and made the initial estimate experience very enjoyable. It's always nice to meet another cat person.

Window and slider fully replaced! Installer Shawn did an absolutely fantastic job. We love the new window and slider! The temperature in the room has already visibly dropped since the window was replaced. 100% would use them again for any additional replacements!

Had another rep come out to look at some of our remaining windows and sliders. Great rep again, very personable. Got us all set up to get another window and slider done. Really looking forward to it as the ones we had them do already are still going strong and we are exceptionally happy with their work. Will update again when work is done!

Aj visited my house to speak to me about upgrading the windows on my home hes a really nice guy explained everything that I felt comfortable and understanding what I was investing in ….

Igor came out to determine why my patio cover was letting in the rain. He determined my gutters needed to be cleaned and hosed off the worst of the debris.

Today my Momma got her wish. Patio will nolonger be boring and bare.

I couldn't be more happy of the worked they performed, It was three Ukrainian gentlemen... They were top notch perfectionist. They installed 8 windows and a sliding glass door and it looks fabulous. I would recommend Cat Exteriors to anybody looking to replace there windows.
