Jason of Pacific West Electric replaced my electric panel with all brand new circuit breakers. He's always on time, enthusiastic, friendly, informative, and especially; very very helpful. I believe his price was very fair. I had problems with my home insurance carrier. He helped me to resolve them all. If I ever or know anyone who needs services with electrical, I definitely would refer to Jason.

I had one new outlet installed and one moved and the ballast in one lite fixture. should have been about a four hour job charged for 10 hours. Was charged for 750' of wire to go 20' ($1500.00). I will never use this company again

I have have G &S Electric service for four or five home projects. Each times very happy on the out come of the job that was done. I'm so glad 😊 to find a trustful company 🔌 that can come to my rescue.

I called them to do work and explained what we wanted. They said they could do the work and would bring the materials. On the day of the work I was called by the person performing the work and I was told they didn't have the materials, because the office didn't tell them what needed to be done. They have to call the office and find out they needed. Then the office called me and said "they had emergencies" and had to cancel at the last minute. I think the installer didn't feel like doing the job which is fine, but that would have been nice if they indicated that in first conversation after waiting three weeks and making a special trip from out of town (I explained this when I set the appointment....).

Tesla charger install. Fast reply to my inquiry and same day estimate. Scheduled service for following Monday. Install went smooth and looks perfect!

I obtained multiple quotes for installation of EV charger - Sagan was in line with other quotes, but was more prompt and professional (and not as expensive as some!). When the job was apparently more difficult than anticipated due to our crawlspace, they figured it out and completed the job professionally. They also took the lead on all paperwork for submission of the SMUD EV installation rebate and were more transparent about the permitting fees than other companies. I am very happy with the entire experience and would use them again.

Great job done by Sagan Electric! Installed EV Chargepoint Charger on the side of the house for my Ford Lightning (that had been sitting on a 4% charge for two weeks. Haha!). From obtaining the quote to scheduling the installation, everything was super easy and smooth. Their team was able to get in the day I approved the quote which was one of the deciding factors in moving forward with their services. Install looks great. Would recommend them anytime!

Had a Juicebox EV charger installed. Sagan’s quote was much better than three others I got. They were so helpful with everything from permitting to applying for SMUD rebates. Installation was able to be done with no delay at all while others were weeks out for scheduling. The guys knocked it out in under two hours and it’s clean. Thank you to Sagan! Great company. Fair pricing compared to 3+ quotes, quality install, good communication, would recommend! There was a hiccup with two circuits being tied that should not have been but they were quick to come back out to fix the issue and followed up to ensure the problem was corrected.

I left messages for 4 different electricians to install an EV charger. Sagan was the only one to return my call. They came out the next day to give me an estimate, and Igor was very punctual. Once I received the charger I called Sagan back and talked with a real person and made my appointment for installation for the following day. Again they were very punctual and cleaned everything up. They are helping with all the paperwork for the rebate as well. Sagan is very professional, I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Terrific experience dealing with Sagan Electric! I needed a 240A outlet installed in my garage for an EV we purchased. The person who took my initial call was responsive and professional. I was able to upload a photo of my electrical panel which they reviewed and immediately sent back an estimate for the work needed. Andrey and Adam arrived during the scheduled time frame and were friendly and quick to get to the work at hand. The outlet was installed within an hour and they completely cleaned up after the work was done. I will be calling them back for any future electrical needs and I highly recommend to others. The price was affordable and the service was excellent!
