We are getting ready to move our business after 25+ years in our current location. We worked with Ryan Healy and the Adair team to design and construct our new suite. Having never gone through this experience before, we were anxious about the process. Ryan and team alleviated all of our concerns, went above and beyond and far exceeded our expectations as to what a construction company should do during a build-out. We were kept up to date on every step of the process, and were offered guidance throughout. Needless to say, our new space is beautiful and we are excited to occupy it for the next 25+ years! John and crew came and did some amazing work on my patio. He redid some very very old siding on my garage, built a shade porch from my back door to my existing patio. He was very thorough and cares about the work he does. I definitely will hire John for my next projects.

Anderson Construction did excellent work. John is the owner and was very detail-oriented and thorough in his work and made sure the job was done correctly and with quality. John did an incredible remodel of my shower and bathroom floor and I am very happy with the results. John was also very good at communicating throughout the process. John did a fantastic, professional job on the remodel of my bedrooms. He did everything requested and more. As an added bonus, he finished a week early. He is very knowledgeable in electrical, dry wall, texturing, painting, finishing work & just about anything else you request. He is also very punctual and works with your schedule. I won’t hesitate to contact him again for future needs.

Anderson Construction brought to life my vision for a fireplace mantle. John Anderson was very professional, easy to work with, flexible, had good ideas, listened to me, bid a fair and reasonable price, kept in touch and was responsive to questions, and in the end did a great job that we love! We plan on using him again.

We are new to Roseville and our realtor referred us to GR Home Renovation. They did an AWESOME job painting the inside of our home (bedrooms, hallway, entryway, living room, dining room, and laundry closet)!! They had to remove extensive wallpaper, prep, install base boards and paint and got it all done before we moved in!! We are so delighted with the finished product!!! Later, we had them come back to paint the Master bathroom which had wallpaper that needed to be removed. They did an awesome job! They also installed new flooring in the vanity area, installed a new vanity, lighting, and fixtures. What a tremendous difference!! I have worked with many contractors in the past and never have I rated anyone before because it was never worthwhile of my valuable time. So for me to be spending time putting in a word or two about GR Home Renovation is showing how much it’s worth for your consideration to hire them.

Alex, was the person who helped us from the get go. First impression of him is he is straightforward and knowledgeable. Underneath his serious facial expression, he has a humorous side to him. He doesn’t sweet talk and throw in any sales pitch but he tells you what we need that fits our budget. He delivers what he promises and timely on the completion date. He also didn’t chase us for a cent to start or throughout our project which goes to show that his business is so stable, he can afford to pay his efficient staff without financial constraints.

It was apparent that GR Home Renovation staff delivered high quality workmanship. They removed our outdated popcorn ceiling, removed and replaced the carpet to vinyl wood flooring, refurbished the kitchen cabinet, painted the entire interior of the house and single-handedly fixed a ginormous mirror closet door and everything was done to perfection in our house. Impressively, at the end of each day, when we went to see the progress, we would find the house meticulously tidy even though the project was not entirely completed.

We also changed the flooring. The impressive point to note here, aside from the fact that the flooring was put in perfectly, is that GR Home Renovation has its own showroom so it provided a one stop convenience for busy people like us.
