We had a superb experience working with Tenax Construcion (formerly GR Home Renovation) on two bathroom remodels. Denis Paramonov did a great job managing both projects. The work was done in a timely way and with meticulous attention to detail, skill and professionalism. Highly recommend this company and plan to work with this company on future home improvement projects.

In May 2025, Tenax Construction, Nikita Kulikov and his crew, refreshed my guest bathroom and it was perfection. They were professional, experienced craftsmen. Also a storm door was installed and I had three outside electrical receptacles installed. Polite and patient with all my questions. Beautiful jobs ... all of them.

So, in June 2025 I asked Nikita to replace all of my inside doors and two garage side doors. It was beautifully done. I didn't expect that doors would change the look of my house but it did. Art and Johny were so amazingly knowledgeable about how to work with my old house, definitely made the whole experience pleasant for me. Thank you so much! A beautiful and excellent job. I would definitely recommend Tenax and Nikita for any work you want done...they do it all!

I had used GR Home Renovation Inc's services for multiple home projects which ranging from July 2021 to November 2021which included:

a) Kitchen Countertop Replacement and Sink installation (pictures attached)
b) Rooftop Gutter replacement
c) Replace defective windows and repair sliding backdoor.

It was a pleasure to work closely with Alex, who helped us select the materials for the Kitchen remodel. Alex provided a budget and schedule for the remodel and ensured that his team was able to execute with no delays to the plan.

I also worked closely with Vasile to help replace defective windows and fix the sliding glass door lock assembly. Vasile was able to preform the replacement and repairs for a very reasonable price and did not have to order entire replacement doors to fix the locks. The window replacement also went really smoothly with top quality.

Alex also performed the rain gutter removal and reinstallation in 2-days and on budget.

Alex and Vasile are always available for discussing the projects and provide detailed estimates without compromizing quality. I would happily use their services and expertise on ANY home remodeling projects however big or small.

I want to take a moment to share my experience with Tenax Construction Inc., particularly with Russ, the salesman who met with me.

Late last year, I decided to update my kitchen and had a few companies come out for estimates, but the other company prices were way out of my budget, and I felt pressured by their sales tactics. So, I decided to check out a third company, and I’m so glad I did!

When I reached out to Tenax for my third bid, I immediately sensed that this would be the right choice. Russ was incredibly professional, offering valuable ideas and options that truly made a difference. I visited the showroom and selected my cabinets, which took a few weeks to arrive. They worked around my schedule, allowing me to schedule the installation after my vacation, which was a huge plus.

I ended up relocating my kitchen and creating a beautiful, spacious island—my dream kitchen—all within a reasonable budget.

The project manager, Nikita, was attentive and responsive whenever I had questions, ensuring that I felt supported throughout the entire process.

The entire team at Tenax was fantastic, exhibiting professionalism and attention to detail. They made the whole experience exciting, which sounds funny given the dust and smell of construction! Working with GR Home Renovation has been a rewarding and profitable experience. My husband and I flip homes and we just completed our 7th project working with them. We have run into some unusual and unexpected situations working on some of the homes and GR Home has helped us work out the problems and provide alternative solutions that have saved us money and improved the home. They keep our goals in mind during the remodel process and try to stick to our time frame and deadline. They are thorough, honest and keep to their original estimate. If we encounter situations that we need to work around or changes we decide to make mid project, Alex provides the costs right away, so we can quickly make the proper decisions. Their communication is very good, they listen to their customer and their workers are respectful, highly skilled and polite.
We have used them for full kitchen and bath remodels, complete interior tear down projects, removing interior walls, kitchen facelifts, roof repairs, electrical rewiring, flooring, cabinets, windows and repositioning windows to code, water heater replacements, yard fencing, obtaining permits, clearing Pest Inspections and lots of other lots remodel details. Every project we have worked with them on we have learned something new to make us better at our jobs. I am an extremely detailed person and it is difficult to find workers who can meet my expectations. GR Home has consistently done that. They respect us as clients and professionals and try their best to make us happy. I might add that every single project we have worked together on we have sold our property the day of listing or within a day or two, all for more than the list price. Our buyers see the quality in the remodel work, as do their agents. GR Home Renovation’s work is solid and top notch. I highly recommend them, without hesitation.

Just wrapped up a project with Tenax. They did a great job. We did a full bathroom and window install. Make sure to fully read the contract and check that they quote everything you want. Nikita was a huge help. Kind and professional.

We had an overall great experience with Joseph and GR Renovations for our total whole house renovations and adu detached garage conversion.
Communication was top notch! Any issues or details were communicated and any necessary change orders were clear and fair.
We went with gr renovations against other companies for their in house team on all aspects of the process (design, electrical, plumbing, planning, and supplies). This was a game changer in terms of speed of service.
Joseph handles all interactions with the city on permits and inspections, advocating for prompt responses.
I will report back for follow up on how the house functions and their responses to working out any kinks (ac/heating, water flow, electrical, detailing) post construction, but I anticipate high remarks.
We are very happy with the outcome and joseph is the best! He works extremely hard and his communication made the process very smooth.

Had an all around great experience with Tenex. I had water damage and needed insulation, drywall windowsills and painting, and it all was laid out in a very clear concise plan and timeline. Daniel was very easy to work with, easy to get hold of and kept me up to speed on the progress of the job. Everything proceeded according to plan. I’m very happy with the finished job, Daniel and his whole team was very professional and I will definitely look to them if I have any needs in the future.

Highlights: Excellent estimate and contract (of the 5 bidders I had, Daniel set the standard).
-Very good demolition job, re-plumbing, beautiful tile work, mostly very good finish work.
-Dennis worked with us on schedule and our choice of materials, really made it easy.
-There were NO SUBCONTRACTOR FLAKES! I've heard so many bad stories about subcontactors not showing up for weeks. Tenax had crew onsite almost everyday.

Two small issues: communication could have been a bit better; maybe just a product of being busy. Painting could have been a bit better. Otherwise, a great job for us. Again, definitely recommended.

We used GR Home Renovations Inc for a full house renovation. New floors, paint, remove popcorn ceilings, closet doors, lighting, plumbing, full kitchen with raised ceiling, installed new appliances, and 2 bathroom remodel.
