Dayvd and Paul and Alex came in and completed our ADU that the previous contractor did not finish (and absconded with our money). From day one they went above and beyond pretty much starting construction from nothing. Communication was good and their team is a group of hard workers and they were tidy and professional. They worked well with the City inspectors. We would not hesitate to hire again.

Had a 3:00 apt no call no show don’t know how good his work is but have no planes on doing Business with flakey unprofessional contractors might have scared him off when I asked if his License was up to date. Idk.

They chose great materials and the layout was well thought in the home purchased that they did a remodel/flip on. "The bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price has faded from memory” sometimes ring true with little things here and there, but you can't expect someone flipping a home with an investor to pour their life savings and time into it either.

I hired Sutter Construction for my bathroom remodel. George and his crew did a great job in a timely manor and went over and beyond to complete my new beautiful bathroom. Definitely Recommend Sutter Construction.

I would advise no to use this company. Poor customer service and unprofessional. Reached out to this company for a quote. First time George did not show and didn't phone to advise he wasn't showing up. took time off work to meet him. The second time he showed. George came to my house and saw the project. I was suppose to get a quote, but kept getting the run around. If there initial service was poor, I can only imagine the quality of work. Avoid this company

Again, I stand by what I said about this company. If you want me to post the text messages where you failed the show up the first time and the following texts where you to get back to me, I will. I even sent a text to you asking you to communicate with me about responding. Funny how the company can respond to a negative review but not a potential customer. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I had excellent service from this company. George was dedicated to his work and finished the project ahead of schedule with amazing detail. He really is just a quality guy. Overall excellent work, definitely will hire again. Also I saw the one negative review and I have no idea what that guy is talking about. But hey, he can't even spell his first sentece correct. Also there is always people who have to much time on their hands and just want to ruin someone's name for no reason because they have nothing better to do. Trust in all these postive reviews. You will be happy with his work!

I am very glad that I found this company. Their employees are qualified and did an excellent job. The repair took a little time, about two weeks. Now I enjoy using the bathroom every day. I plan to hire Pro Construction Solution in the near future. I will be happy to call you again.

I contacted Paul based on the excellent reviews but sad to say that my experience wasn't the same. I have a 3 bedroom home w/ loft where I am looking to enclose the loft to be a 4th bedroom for my growing family. Paul was pretty helpful on the phone and seemed willing to help when I told him what we were looking to do. He said it is definitely likely something he can do and asked me to shoot him over some pictures of the loft space via sms which I did immediately. However, since then I haven't heard from him after multiple call attempts and text follow ups.
Unfortunately, no response still after 4 days so assuming my project & business isn't something he wants to take on. I even let him know that if it's something he can't help with at this time due to other priorities, it's no problem but would simply appreciate a response out of courtesy so that I can move on in my search and not feel like I'm left hanging.

The owner attempted to reach out saying he never heard from me as you can see in his response below. I have supplied screenshots of my attempts and phone calls as well. That being said, I appreciate his attempt to correct following my review but I've already decided to move forward with another company given these challenges.

We have used Paul and his team for over 9 years. We have recommended him to everyone we know who is looking for someone to work on their home. Paul is completely honest and does fantastic work.

He and his team have painted the interior of our house; replaced the popcorn ceiling; texturized the walls; repaired dry rot; fixed pipe leaks; replaced the water heater; installed ceiling fans; laid laminate, carpet, and hardwood; repaired exterior wood panels; installed gutters; rerouted electrical connections; retiled the patio steps; plus many other "fix-it" plumbing and electrical jobs.

George did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen. It is exactly how I wanted it (and more!). George took the time to provide me with a lot of samples, renderings, recommendations and feedback throughout the process. He paid attention to small details and left the work site clean before leaving for the day. Do I occasionally sit and stare at my new kitchen? Yep! I will not hesitate to use George again in the future.

Excellent customer service and overall more than satisfied. Nowadays it’s very hard to find good customer service and Brandon was able to deliver that and more. I would highly recommend him and his company
