Jason & Nick were great at the house service. They were accommodating on the time and worked diligently to provide the service. Walked me through the steps and what they were doing, made me aware of any thing they found as they did the service. Would recommend these duo and would call them again and refer.

I got the Vent Cleaning which was much more detailed than I expected. During the cleaning, Jason found quite a bit of mold in the ducts and provided pictures.

I agreed to a sanitation of the vents to get rid of the mold and prevent future issues.

They were kind and courteous throughout the process and I'd love to have them service me again.

We recently had our air ducts cleaned and during the inspection they found black mold in our vents through testing. We had no idea this was an issue until now. They cleaned everything thoroughly and explained how important it is to get duct cleaning done annually.

Before this service, our family was experiencing coughing and allergies, and we kept seeing dust on the floor the next day even after cleaning. Now it all makes sense. The team was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

Absolutely horrible experience. Technicians do not show up and there is no follow up. This company will leave you high and dry.

A good company will take time to explain any questions you have they have patience that is needed.

I setup service at my business and two days after the dispatcher calls me to tells me they have nobody coming to the store today and that nobody is going to come. She told me my that my option was to wait 3 more days or call somebody else. Not a good experience.

Here at the 49er Diner we can always rely on PMS to keep everything running.The tech Richard is always fast and efficient and very friendly.

Today at the 49 er travel plaza we had a stand up freezer go down and rich the technician came in he was fast efficient and had a great smile. You'd be lucky to end up with this technician!
