I received excellent service from Richard! I originally had a technician from Bonney Plumbing Electrical Heating & air come out to inspect my AC unit because it was not working. He told me that my compressor was broken and quoted me over 7 thousand dollars to replace it. I decided to get a second opinion, Richard came out & found that there was a burnt wire to the compressor and he fixed my AC in less than 30 minutes!!! I am so thankful for Richard’s service!!!!

I’ve always been very skeptical of service calls, however Richard and his company have honestly changed all of that for me! He was honest, diligent and thorough. He fixed our A/C within an hour while keeping us informed. Such a different experience compared to companies we’ve hired in the past quoting us thousands of dollars all while wasting our time. So shout out to Richard, Thank you and Pacific Mechanical Services you gained a customer for life!

I use these guys for almost everything. Great techs and dispatch as well. They always get the job done and in a timely manner. Called in to ask some questions about fire rated dampers for a project. The “gentleman” answering the phone was very rude from the get go and two questions in condescending mentioned that he’s on the phone with a client and he can’t help me.

How about put me on hold or grab my number and call me back? It’s called customer service. Must have been a warehouse guy filling in for the real sales person.

Excellent service, I highly recommend Rhino to everyone and they wont overcharge you. I was quoted 7500 for a new ac unit but they were able to replace the motor for 375. I was surprised as other companies quoted me 17k for a whole new unit.

I can't say enough good words to describe my experience! Theresa was incredible. When there were issues, she was on the phone with me that minute! She kept me informed on everything and was so sweet and nice to talk to. When I knew it was her on the phone, I was happy to answer it. When they came out to diagnose the problem, they were able to fix it without even ordering a part. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever have another problem.

If i could give them a 0 star I would! Worst company I have ever had to deal with. They take forever to get back to you and when they do they want you to magically aporrear as if we are working for them. Unfortunately this it the company our landlord has contracted with, however I will will be speaking to them to have them look for a better company to pair up with. Make sure if you use them that they actually check your AC they came out and did nothing but leave a bigger mess for us to clean up, oh and make sure if they remove your air filter that they actually put it back. I mean I don’t know much about heating in air (reason they came out) but I would think that a filter is an important part to put back in place in order for the everything to function properly! Another thing I believe that a company should put its customers first. Specially when your customers are two military service members without an open calendar! All we asked was for an hour notice. Instead they call 15 prior when we work 20+ miles away. Then when we can’t make it we are responded with a rude call about how it’s too bad and they will have to reschedule AGAIN for the 4+ time.

We had a great experience with Rhino Heating and Air. Our A/C unit went out on us on the hottest day of the year. We contacted the folks at Rhino who squeezed us in the very next day and had us back up and running in no time at all. During the heatwave, I expected to have a long wait before we could get a service technician out to see us, but Rhino made it happen. We're very grateful for their prompt and professional service. Will definitely use them again.

Fixed a gas leak at the furnace shut-off valve detected by the tech's electronic gas sniffer during a tune-up. Tightened the connection and re-tested. Critical safety find!
