Gold Standard heating and air came out last minute to get my furnace up and running. I originally had another company out who I thought was over priced. Miguel was very helpful and knowledgeable and thanks to him, my family will be nice and warm this winter at an affordable cost.

Had a great experience with Miguel and Gold Standard. Super helpful. Very patient as our project dates kept getting moved around. He also helped us qualify for thousands in rebates. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Gold standard was out to install a mini split system. Honestly don’t have words to describe how professional and attention to detail every step of the way. Not only that, they were reasonably priced compared to the other guys that were trying to upsell us on some cheap Toso brand. Thank you Gold Standard Team! We also received $4000 in rebates!!!

Super awesome company! The owner Miguel knows exactly what he’s doing. We told him about our current ongoing issues with our current system very uneven temperatures throughout out the house. We’re so happy we found Gold Standard Heating and Air, we met the owner at a networking event in Roseville! Super down to earth guy not like the competitors Atticman and Jaguar who gave us an outrageous estimate with very little information. We decided to go with Miguel's proposed HVAC redesign which was a new system and ductwork. Oh my god! it’s so much comfortable in our home now our thermostat never seen 70 degrees when in cooling nigh and day difference! My wife and kids are so happy!! Not to mention he qualified us a $2,000 Smud and $2,000 federal tax credit!! I highly recommend Gold Standard Heating and Air to all my friends and family supper transparent prices and they sell something you don’t need!

Sandy has been a pleasure to work with. She has been very accommodating to my rescheduling requests multiple times. On the day I finally was able to schedule, two technicians were able to come by the next day. Brian and Bronco were very professional and did a great thorough job. They explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I added an extra request last minute and they professionally obliged and took care of the issue. My AC is working just in time before it starts to heat up. My family is happy. Unfortunately the original HVAC installer did a horrible job and RJA fixed everything. The technicians were honest and reliable. I am so thankful. If you are from Elk Grove I recommend this business.

R, J, & A is an excellent company. We're Always very satisfied. Tech Nicholas Ryan just left my house. Had water leaking from my system. Called them late yesterday, and they were here 1st thing in the morning. There tech Nicholas was here for an hour. Problem fixed. Nicholas was very polite, and did a GREAT job. We have been using R, J, & A for years, and will continue to do so. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing service or install.

I would never trust or recommend this business to any of my friends or family. The older office lady in the front Sandy will talk disrespectfully about customers and rolls her at eyes at people. Unprofessional. Owner named Rob does not care about how he treats people. Terrible ownership

I’m a property manager of a property managing company located in the Sacramento area. I was trying to get acquire information about installs. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They lost my business because of the lady I was speaking to, Sandy. Was extremely unprofessional. Acted like I was wasting her time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
