He came out to my home and cleaned the outside (condensing unit).
Cleaned the condensate line due to a blockage. Cleaned and washed out the inside evap coil. Added almost a pound of refrigerant.

He also came to my smoothie shop and fixed our AC! He replaced the capacitor, and control board and repaired a low voltage short. He also added new registers.

My grandma house didn't have ac. Cl heating and air came up with a design and plan to install ac in the 3 story house in Sacramento. He arrived on time and better price than other quotes. The system works great, he cleaned up everything when he left. I will use him again when I add a mini split in my addition

Cody provided a competitive quote (I was talking with a few companies) and responded all my questions in great details. In fact, I would probably go with Cody if the quote was a bit higher than with other companies who sometimes took days to respond to my questions (and I had a lot of them). The work was done in time and (as far as I can judge) very professionally. I have zero complains or issues. Also Cody was very patient explaining me how all works and even recorded a video message for future technicians who might need to reprogram the system (I installed a hybrid system which can work on gas or electricity based on settings).

Was running but it wasn’t blowing cold air.

They came out tested our ac unit and ran diagnostics to show the compressor was good the motherboard was good, the capacitor was good but there was a small leak in one of the copper lines. They were able to trace and pinpoint where the ac was leaking Freon and repaired the leak.

They recharged the ac system back up with new Freon and the unit is running like brand new!

We are so happy we found them as the entire experience from call to service was exceptional.
